I was booked into this hotel by an employer, so I did not pay for the stay myself. I did tell the employer about the following things I thought they should know about, since they pay such a premium price for the rooms. The lamp between the two beds did not work when I tried to turn it on; then,... more

One of the original Hilton Hotels, the beautifully updated Hotel Indigo was everything we imagined it might be. I brought my husband here for his birthday, and my expectations were met and exceeded. The room (we had a suite) was wonderfully appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and all of the extras were perfect. Upon check-in, we were given a... more

Hotel Indigo was great for my two day business trip. It was reasonable for the price of other hotel hotels in the downtown area. I arrived late the fist night so I had to dine via room service. The food was good though they try to make it fancy when all you want is something simple late at night. All... more

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Dallas. The beds were very comfortable. Nice decor, also. Lawrence the bellman was great. Would def. stay there again.

Great rooms. Very nice lobby. Not a great neighborhood but not horrible. There are restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant/bar doesn't open until 4:30. Our room was small but the bed was very comfy.

I stayed here in July 2007 for a business trip, and it was great! The entire hotel is decorated with a beach theme--white beach chairs and furniture adorn the lobby, and the rooms are the coolest! They are all decorated in pale yellow and light blue. I had a Queen Executive room for only $129 a night, and I had... more

Stayed for two nights this February. Booked online and got a GREAT government rate (<$100/night). Hotel was absolutely gorgeous, service was great, and the location was fantastic. The restaurant in the lobby was pricey but delicious. Upon checkout, I realized that someone had charged about $50 worth of food/drink to my room account. The front desk attendant was skeptical but... more

We only stayed one night, but were more than pleasantly surprised by this wonderful hotel. Service was exceptional. We arrived at 10 a.m. with the intent of dropping off our luggage until we could check in later. (The bellman had already warned us the hotel was full). However, the front desk clerk found us a room - and what a... more

American Airlines flew us into Dallas just as a stormed peaked and the airport was shutdown for the night. All of the hotels were booked except the "Indigo" in downtown Dallas. I expected the worst. Upon arrival, I was very pleased to see this recently remodeled hotel that carefully handled all of the grumpy travelers and put us up for... more

For the most part, it was a nice stay. During the second night's stay, however, it was very, very noisy in the room above me. I thought that if I called to complain about it, the noises those people were making would only get worse.
