Hotel was great! Very clean and safe for our little family. And we were pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast too! Eggs, bacon, sausage, warm cinnamon rolls and we took some coffee to go. Kids had a great time and so did we. Thank you!
The hotel is very clean and the free breakfast was great. There was only one problem I had with the reception desk, when we checked in they no longer had the room we had ask for so we end up sleeping in one bed, insted of two. My reservation specifically said Two beds and non smoking room and we got there they did not have any rooms available, I was very disapointed.
Stay was nice. Service for checking took a little too long (35 min.) with only two (2) cutomers in the counter area.
Every employee was courteous and said hello. Everything clean. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but overall a great stay for the price. Traveled with my spouse and two kids.
We could not have asked for a better hotel, very nice room, in our case ,very good location, plenty of good restaurants close, all around good experience.
All the staff were helpful and accomodating. Rooms, bed and breakfast were fine.
After we checked in, I was surprised at how small our room was. This may have been because the ceiling was very low and the window very small, which made it feel claustrophobic. If you're ever around the Moreno Valley area, this is definitely the place to stay. Not just for the price, but the rooms were great and especially the staff - you don't get that anymore in the hotel industry. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
I was told it was the nicest hotel in the area, so the standards must not be very high in that part of town. The hotel building at first glance isn't bad at all, but quickly realized alot of loitering in the parking lot along with the signs explaining the aren't responsible for car theft etc. which made me feel unsafe for myself and my possessions. So the security is essentially non-existant,...

This was a last minute hotel room for my biz trip to palm springs. it was just fine. they hotel was so nice to me. they gave me the largest room in the hotel without charging more!

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped. The free breakfast leaves something to be desired, though. I'd suggest going to the diner next door.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Expres in Moreno Valley. What was realy nice was the close proximity to the stores, dining and UCR, my daughter's school.
Great value for the money. Nice breakfast included, rooms were very comfortable and offered great amenities for traveling with children - in-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast selections were excellent, with a wonderful hostess who kept the dining area spotless and went out of her way to get bottled water for our trip. We will stay there again.

I reserved a room for my dad who is elderly and wheelchair dependent. Front desk staff was very helpful and the room (#136) was spacious, nicely decorated and well appointed. He loved the generous breakfast, was very comfortable, and plans to return soon tomorrow when he returns to Moreno Valley. Definitely a good value with the AAA discount ($109/night).
