Good room and free breakfast ruined by several large groups...noisy and inconsiderate. If not for them could be a very nice stay.
I have stayed a this hotel twice, and both times I have been more than pleased. The rooms are wonderfully furnished, the beds are firm, yet soft, and they will give you extra ANYTHING. Beyond that, the first time my wife and I stayed there, we asked the young lady working the front desk where to order a good pizza from. Her recommendation was spot on! I love the staff, the facility, everything...

Was an older hotel that was remodeled. It still had the feel of the older hotel, but it was adequate for what we needed. Matresses were so-so, but the room was clean and the help was friendly.
I really recommend this hotel . Everything was good. only disappointed was the pool which was totally shut down.
The room was a little bit dark. Not 100% clean. The location was not very inviting but not bad. A typical one night stay over hotel. Breakfast was ok.
Business trip. Breakfast was nice. Used the computer every night & was able to print out material for work. Friendly staff.

Overall our experience was good. Very good hotel experience, hotel close (short drive) to various chain restaurants , close to interstate I-79 connections , short drive to downtown Pitts. (play-off hockey game). Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel at the hotel.ca rate , for anyone staying in the Pitts. area.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Airport is great. The staff is very nice, rooms are clean & comfortable. The hotel was spotless. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was the wake up service didn't work and it took them 3 days to repair it. We highly reccomend the Holiday Inn Express. Thanks Kathy

Stayed after a concert at Heinz Field. The location was great, staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again!

Easy to get to I79 into Pgh or Airport. Close to many great restaurants and Robinson Mall. Breakfast area is comfy and staff keep plenty of food out.
While the staff put me in another room the service during the check in and out was not focused on the customer. Yes I understand a lot of things are going on yet it appeared disorganized and unstrucked in the check-in and out. When asked for my address I handed them my business card. This seemed to change them to nicer, faster, and bend over backwards but by this point its a little to late....
The service from the employees of this Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The room was old, drab and not as nice as the usual Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed. The internet in the room kept disconneting and the room was in serious need of a remodel. It was about 15 minutes from the airport and close to the highway. Not bad for a one night stay.

About a 15 minute ride from the city and 15 minutes the other way to the airport. Not bad at all but there is nothing in the actual town of the hotel. Overall good if you're looking for a bed and a nice breakfast.

We came for a pirates & reds game & tried to check in around 1 30 & our room wasn't ready so we went on to thed game & came back around 9 30 & to our surprise got upgraded to a 2 queen bed suite. We still had time for the hottub & pool after check in. They had a wonderful breakfast & was very modern. Great hotel:)))
It was a great hotel, right off highway about 10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Never had a comfy hotel bed till staying here. The breakfast wasn't bad either which was surprising. Overall a great place to stay
Hotel us very accomedating for my handicapped friend and they have the best continental bleakest I ever had.
If i had only one word to describe this hotel it would be Great. I stayed here before i went on a trip and requested the same room when i returned and they were happy to accomadate me. The people were very friendly and we were well received when we arrived. I would stay here many times over if i had to find a room .

The room was clean, but very musty when we got in. Running the air conditioning helped but not completely. The internet was very slow. Out of the HI Expresses I've stayed in, this room was probably the worst.

Booked this hotel last minute for a Steelers game in December. Great hotel - very clean, staff was wonderful. Approx. 10 minutes to the stadium & 15 min to downtown. Great location, easy to find, plenty of shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
very nice people. the only problem is that the hotel is not really close to the aiport - about 15 minutes away- so be prepared for a long shuttle ride

Staff was friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. My disappointment was from the loud noise coming from the air conditioner that made it difficult to sleep. I was too tired to try and move rooms so I tried to drown it out.

Had some difficulty getting temperature right for our room. Was set at 68 when we arrived and felt rather cold. Adjusted to 70 and felt way warmer. Other than that stay was great.
The room was compfortable and clean. The free breakfast was more than what is usually offered. The reading chair was worn with torn fabric and the cushon collapsed. Potentially very nice in warm weather, with a courtyard and pool. When I checked in the desk cerk was conducting personal business and the other person there wearing a Holiday Inn shirt just sat there and didn't even have a greeting.

We like to stay at Holiday Inn Express when we stay at a less expensive hotel - this was the worst we have been in. Room smelled musty/damp. Lots of mildew on grout in bathroom. Lumpy pillows (not unusual at Holiday Inn Express). Loud A/C (but it cooled ok after awhile).

The bed was less than comfortable. The jacuzzi was disappointing. The shower temp was out of controll... You either froze or burnt yourself.
Hotel shuttle took forever to pick me up at the airport when they told me it would be about 20 minutes. It was over an hour late. The driver never got out to help me with luggage or to close the sliding van door which would not close. Then the van broke down on the way to the hotel. The hotel was what I expected from a Holiday Express except it had long term renters in the same building. The rooms where nice, the building itself, hallways etc could stand to be updated. The staff was friendly and informative. The workout area was nice with functional equipment. The provided breakfast was satisfactory.

Wasn't the greatest place to stay. Booked a Jacuzzi room (mostly because I have never done it) and the jets looked pretty dirty and the plug didn't work. Ended up not using it at all. Waste of money.
The room itself wasn't the cleanest. A few stains on the sheets. Other than that though it was an average hotel. Needs a remodel.

We were given a room on the first floor next to an outside entrance, which we thought would be handy, however, every time someone used te exit the first door slammed and the second reverberated after closing. Because this hotel is located near the airport, people were using the exit..early and regularly ...beginning around 3:30 AM. In all honesty, the bed was not all that comfortable...time to...

I was pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. We have been disappointed when we got to our hotel in the past. It's hard to see exactly what you're getting online. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
The location is good and is conveniently located to many restaurants and retail establishments. The room is just average but the bathroom/entry area had a bad odor to it. The beds were good with crisp white linens.

I was expecting a refrigerator and/or microwave but they don't have them. I felt like the room was not as cool as i would have liked it, but that may just be me. Breakfast was good. Heerb tea bar was really nice. They did not leave the tea out like they did the coffee but I was encouraged to take some with me for later, so that was good.
I was attending a family funeral, and the staff was sensitive and caring.
The rooms were nice (currently they are starting to remodel ALL of them) so they will be even nicer! The breakfast was superb. The staff was extremly nice and VERY helpful. They offer a free shuttle service with a 5 mile range. On 2 occasions the general manager took me places when the shuttle wasn't available. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Price is right. 15 minute drive to Heinz field and downtown strip district. Front desk staff extremely courteous. Breakfast good, cinnamon rolls GREAT. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Could not have asked for a better stay. Will definitely stay again.
Great place to stay when you have to travel. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is actually really good for microwave eats. Located next to every restaurant imaginable within 5 minutes in the brand developments of Robinson. I will return for the 4th time!

Thsi was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, and it will not be my last! My wife and I were very happy with the overall experience we had. From the well equipped rooms set up for comfort and business travel, to the amenities, and the hot breakfast in the morning.....I would rate this hotel as a 4.5 stars out of 5. Great job gang!
Front desk was exceptional, room was very clean. This hotel is close to Robinson Towne Center, lots of shipping choices and only 10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh.
We visited University of Pittsburgh, checked in at midnight but staff was very friendly and helpful! Door key card did not work initially that they fixed very quickly, rooms were well appointed and bed was comfortable, free parking and complimentary breakfast was a plus. Kitchen staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming!

The staff that greeted us at the front desk was rude......... She was on the phone when we entered and began to speak to the van driver for the flight crew that was about to go to the airport. We needed a place to stay while attending a Steelers' game. Everything was fine for what we needed which was mostly just a place to sleep and shower. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. Would recommend for similar type usage.

We saw a concert in Burgettstown which is only 15 min away. The location is great because it's close to the venue and there is tons of shopping in the area. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The rooms weren't dirty but there were spots that were missed...I found crumbs sitting on top of the cushion of the chair in the room.

The Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh Airport is close to downtown activities and just down the street from great shopping. We came to see a baseball game but stayed to go shopping at Robinson Center. The Holiday Inn Express was close to the highway but not so close as to disturbe your sleep. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very eager to please and accomodated our needs.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient for the Pittsburgh airport. We were very satisfied with everything. Staff was exceptionally nice. Offered to even drive us to dinner anywhere we wanted to go. Shuttle was waiting for us at 6:00 a.m. as we had early flights. They had queen size beds which was great. We will definitely stay there again.
