When I brought my birds to Dr. Hauck, I was a concerned "mommie". Dr. Hauck put me at ease right away! He came in, said hi to my bird, and just leaned on the counter to talk to me.He let my bird relax and get used to him before attempting to examine her.When he felt she was ready, he asked her to come "up" onto his hand.
