I chose the right company. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, and my roofers were extremely professional and went above and beyond their duty. For example, I got stuck in my driveway (twice), and my roofers (Tim and J.T.) helped me get out - and helped several of my neighbors out, as well. They were there at the times they said they would be, kept in communication with me, didn't leave to take long breaks (although I wouldn't have blamed them - it was freezing outside), and did an excellent job. I feel like I have the best looking roof on my street and will be calling Hanson's again...

The supervisor was very knowledgeable and the crew didn't expose anything beyond what they were able to cover that day. They didn't leave any area of my house open to the elements even though it took a few days to finish the job. I was pleased that they cared about the safety of my house.

We contacted Mr. Roof the same time we contacted Hansons to get a quote. We had a signed contract with Hansons before Mr. Roof even returned our inquiry. They still wanted to come out. The guy was late, was an older gentleman that was going to 'educate' me about Hansons with his updated quote. We decided not even to look at the information he sent our way. Bad business from the start.\r

The area where I was most satisfied with Hansons Windows was the installation. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and very efficient.\r

I live in a mobile home, and I was wondering how they would go about finishing the outside. They took the shutters down around the windows and tucked it all in. They've done a great job. I've had them out twice; when I saw how they did the rest of them, I had them do my last window. They finished them off beautifully outside and inside.

I was most impressed with Evan Carlson the salesperson. We had a prior person from a different company come out and the guy was extremely rude when we said we weren't sure about doing the job immediately. Evan Carlson was completely patient with us, took the time to explain the product without being pushy or rude when learning we may not do the project right away.\r

I think Hansons did a fabulous job, and word of mouth is always huge. I've been telling my friends how great they are. They gave great follow up, and I'm very pleased.There was such involvement with always calling us. We were impressed with the quality of the job, but we live way in the country so it was hard to find us. There were issues trying to locate the house. For our recently purchased replacement windows, we considered Wallside, Pella, and a few others. I looked at all the major companies but I threw all their information out. I had Gutter Guard at first and I though that they were super expensive and too cumbersome to pay their price. It seemed to over priced for the quality of work they offered. I chose Hansons after I was dissatisfied with GutterGuard. I had had Hansons here previously for insulation and I was familiar with how they worked, and the quality of work that they offered. My windows are beautiful. The crew was nice and were on top of the work. They only took 6 hours to install them. The crew did a great job. When I bought the windows I didn't get the special that was going on at that time. The windows are great though. I have told everyone that Hansons is great.

We had Wallside do work for us, and they did good job. We also called Magic, and they were joke -- we had to make them leave our home because they wouldn't leave unless we signed. Their prices are three times as much too. We thought we'd try 1-800-Hansons as we had various jobs for them and they offer a full range of services, which is good. Compared to Magic they were one hundred times easier to deal with and I tell everyone that.\r

We've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors lately, especially with AT&T. My customer service has been horrific. With Hansons, I got an iPad for signing up, and I know they are guaranteed for 10-20 years. I have nothing negative to say about them. I would definitely recommend them.\r

I chose 1-800-Hansons over the other contractors I was considering because the other three companies could not offer me the 30 year warranty that 1-800-Hansons offered. I liked that Gregg and 1-800-Hansons can stand behind their product.\r

We were looking at C&L Ward but Hansons called back immediately and the financing worked and all that. It was mainly because there was immediate contact. It must have been 15 minutes after we went online that someone called. They talked to us on the phone, they were in and out and ahead of schedule. They cleaned up the place and let us know everything in advanced. I think that they got it done. I was most satisfied with the communication and the timeliness, but especially the communication. When you're spending that kind of money, you want contact.

I cannot imagine how it could have gone any better, the installers and I had so much fun when they were here, they just came out and did their work in the most professional way.
I like the friendliness of the people and the loyalty of the employees to the company, I have heard over and over how the employees would say how great it was to work for Hanson's.

Being a home owner for more than 40 years, we have had our share of home improvements done and by far, this is the best.From price, to product, from instilation to follow up, there was nothing lacking here. The men that came out here from Hansons were very professional. They were always on time. They took very few breaks, even at lunchtime. They'd be gone fifteen minutes and they'd be back on the job. I am very pleased with the siding job that was recently completed on my home. My sales person, Dave Ritenour, was very helpful during the sales process and patient coming to my home twice to make sure that we made the best decision on colors and siding type. During the actual installation, the siding team was on time daily and kept me updated through out the entire job. We had windows done by Hansons. Everyone I talked to at the company, including the people on the phone and the installers, were courteous and polite. All my contact with them has been good. If people like that worked at AT&T, they would make more money.

With me and the people on the phone and with the installers, there was no miscommunication. Messages were passed in a timely fashion. I will get six more windows from them soon.

If they could polish up the salespeople a little bit more so that they give a quick and precise sales pitch, they would be doing well.

I really liked Joe, our salesperson. He let me know exactly what would happen, the materials they would use, and how they would do the work very well. The installers also did not mind me asking a bunch of questions and they also explained things to me well. Their workmanship was excellent.

The installation was quick and they did a beautiful job. They were very friendly.

Turns out that I didn't really have any concerns. That was the first time I had a new window installed so I didn't know what to expect. They really knew what they were doing and they did it in a timely fashion. They were very professional and answered my questions. I was very impressed.

We had checked out Wallside and my husband decided Hansons was the most impressive.

They were on time and they let me know when they would be there ahead of time. They were very professional and did the work quite well.

The quality of the triple pane windows is decent. The installation guys knew what they were doing and the trim guys did an especially fantastic job.

The windows were 20 years old, they were sagging, so I had to have them replaced. I had used Hansons Windows before, so I went back to them.

Hansons Windows is easy to contact, and they do what they say. I'm happy with them the way they are.

I was most satisfied with the way that they handled our relationship; me as the customer and them as a company. They were very professional throughout the whole process.

I was concerned that they may uncover more work that needed to be done. It didn't happen, and it wasn't an issue.

I was a returning customer. I knew that I would get what I paid for.

I was most satisfied with the speed at which Hansons Windows was able to do the job. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the windows; I thought it would not be of high enough quality, but it actually is.

My concerns prior to remodeling were price, quality, and value. I was worried that the price of each window would be prohibitively expensive, and it wasn't .

We had windows and siding installed by Hansons Windows and I got a phone call two weeks after I got the windows put in, saying that Hansons also does blinds, but we had just bought a bunch of blinds. My suggestion would be that Hansons mention that earlier in the process. I think that would attract a lot of impulse buyers, especially if you could put the blinds into the same financing plan - that would be huge.

We recently hired 1-800-Hansons (Hansons Windows) for some overdue home improvement.

I was most satisfied with their communication with us. They kept us up to date, and we liked them.

I admit I was skeptical since they were such a big company, and they came by door to door, but they agreed to everything and didn't keep anything in the dark from us. We were satisfied with the work they did.

Next, I was most satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The guys did a pretty good job.

I was concerned about the windows. They addressed my concerns well. So far, the siding hasn't blown off the house in high winds!

I was very impressed with Hansons Windows' customer service.

In January I noticed that one of the upstairs windows was foggy (due to seal failure). I emailed and called their customer service dept. They quickly scheduled a technician to come take measurements and then had the faulty glass panel replaced.

Each time, the servicemen arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Actually a better experience than our initial purchase and installation.

I just wanted to review Hansons Windows re: a wonderful sales experience with David Troyan. He was on time, polite, and didn't appear to be out to only ""make a sale"", but to satisfy my needs and concerns.

A few days prior, I had an estimate performed from a Wallside representative and it was blatantly obvious he wasn't concerned about my needs as a customer, only a sale. He also did not and refused to give me a written estimate with a price breakout/breakdown. He merely scribbled the type of window and the cost on the back of a piece of paper.

Our installation got rescheduled and that wasn't communicated to us, but our salesperson was very forthright and real. It didn't feel like he was trying to shove things down our throat.

I like that they showed us all our options in different price ranges, so we could choose the best option for us.

To do the job, we looked at Weatherguard, but Hansons' salesperson was great and didn't seem to be trying to scam us. We also appreciated the good prices and quality.

We had an issue with our 2 yr. old roof

and a squirrel; an installer from 1-800-HANSONS inspected and recommended a repair. It was scheduled and Dan Johnson came out. No one told him what the repair was, so I was lucky that I was there so I could describe the problem so that he could find the gap between the roof and the trim. last October by Hansons Windows and recently siged a contract to replace more windows. I can't tell you how wonderful the Hansons Windows team is.

Last year's experience was great, but I have to say I thought it might be a fluke as no way could there be that many customer-oriented and cordial people working for one company!

My first impression was with sales rep Matt Czernel. He not only informed me of the windows, but he made me feel as though I was a part of the Hansons family. Matt's understanding and patience made me feel so confident that I was truly buying the best windows for the money that I was spending.

I will have to agree with the Ex Salesman. This happen to me, except I did pay almost 10,000. But it happen like just like the Ex. Salesman said. The  Hanson salesman told things that didn't happen and Hanson went up on the price. The Hanson salesman didn't estimate the correct amount of wood? They didn't get started until the last day in the contract (8 weeks). My roof is not a 10,000. job....

While home on leave this week from the Army, at Oakland Mall in Troy I met with a gentleman named Bob representing Hansons Windows. I received
some information that I wanted to pass on to my father James, of Warren,

We had a very large window installed about 5 years ago by Hansons Windows. The window's seal was broken. I called their company and within 4 weeks they replaced it! I'm telling everyone I know how great Hansons Windows' customer service is!! I truly appreciate it. Their
