My fello New Yorkers would agree that good pizza is extremely hard to come by in the Midwest, especially Dayton; however, I loved eating at this little joint downtown. It really had the home feeling I have been looking for. Even the guys who eat there have been coming for years. A wonderful place to grab a slice and chew the fat with some people who know what they're talking about.

Excellent. Hand tossed New York style - the way pizza should be not just cheese on cardboard with no sauce like Marion's. Try plain cheese so you can enjoy the sauce.

The Flying Pizza in downtown Dayton is by far the best New York Style pizza in the city. It is always hot, fresh and ready. The service is fast and friendly and you can't beat the price either.

Best New York style pizza in Dayton. Flying pizza downtown has a great staff that is very nice and personable. The owner himself works every day serving customers. The pizza is also made fresh several times a day so you will never suffer from a bad meal. The pizza is servered by the slice with a great selection of toppings. They also have great side items and even sicilian style pizza.
