This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately one-and-a-half miles from the Las Vegas Strip and four miles from the McCarran International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more....
Business travelers, families and those seeking longer-term housing enjoy many convenient and comfortable amenities. Studio-size suites are equipped with a queen-size bed, work...
I was on a tight budget on a busniess trip but all other hotel reviews in this price range sounded bad so I chose here. The room was a nice size, the single king bed was comfortable, and the small kitchen area made for a homey feel. I see they are also pet friendly so we may try some of there other locations when traveling.
Room was not ready for 3:00pm check in. Had to wait 1/2 hour.
Nice clean and spacious room. Felt like a little home away from home!
Booked a room through priceline. Called the hotel in advance to make sure we get a 2 queen bed room as we have a 3 yr old kid. The hotel charged us $22 for an upgrade to 2 queen bed.
pricing, pet (cat) friendly, polite night attendant
morning attendant was not at desk during breakfast, and what little there was of the breakfast selection was poor quality. The location had insect issues, both inside and out (roaches and crickets).
I have stayed in many locations, and this is by far the worst to date. Our cat found and ate 2 insects IN the room, and if we were not so tired...
Clean, well organized.
Breakfast is just a corner next to reception with coffee and muffins.
this place is very good for the price.. its quiet, the staff is very good, its very clean and comfortable. i would recommend it for anyone.
has a kitchen, and even some silverware
can't find how to control temperature the dial doesn't work, hardware seems to be old and need some work
They went out of there way to take care of us when we arrived and priceline had not placed the reservation with them and they were full. Hotel was great, priceline sucks.
The lobby is fancy n I think the room would be kind of nice as the lobby. But the room is very average n just outside the parking area which have noise at night sometimes. The worse part is bed bud, my friend have to wear jean to sleep. The good part is they have free shuttle bus to the main street.
The hotel was excellent, it was priceline I had the issue with. The hotel had no rooms available when I arrived at three in the morning. However they put me in a beautiful room for my entire stay. Forget the hassle of priceline and call this hotel direct
Nothing at all.
The hotel staff was excellent I would stay there again and I will recommend my friends and family stay as well.
I left my iPad in my room when I checked out. It was put on sofa and it was covered by quilt. I called the hotel several times, but they said nobody found it. I think the cleaner must find it and pick it up. It's a bad experience for me in this hotel.
So bad experience. I will never go this hotel again.
I reserved a 2 queen bed room a with a month of anticipation and for some reason they didn't have one vacant for me, only a room with a bed and a couch, I called them before I checked in and they said its first come first serve so in that case reservations don't exist.
Great location, and staff! Rooms are clean. Beds are a coin toss between ok and terrible. We had one of each in our room. Kitchenette comes well equipped. Just wish it had a pool. But enjoyed our stay with two adults and three kids for a week long basketball tournament.
Great accommodations for business. Close to downtown and the strip, decent neighborhood, great value. Customer service is spotty, but otherwise a great value and comfortable stay!
A great business stay in Vegas! Close to the strip and old Vegas. Relatively quite neighborhood, felt more than safe. Good facilities, somewhat recently renovated. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was the inconsistent customer service. Different person at the front desk every day, some were great, some were not so great.
I like the price
It was to hot. The A/C was working but it wasn't cooling
Good price. Good location. I was there July 4,5,6 & 7. It was about 117%. The A/C wasn't cooling enough. You get what you pay
This hotel was just what we needed. My father-in-law was at the hospital across the street. This hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Our expectations of a hotel are very lofty. The Extended Stay met all of our needs. We admit that the carpeting in the room needed replaced and the hallway had a funky smell. However;...
The room was clean
When we got there, I was told there was no rooms available. The clerk questioned my reservation stateting that nobody checked with them for availability. The clerk told me to check other hotel. Then he tried to charge me xxxx for a room upgrade
The hotel was not too bad, but the staff was pretty rude. As soon as I mentioned that I had reserved to priceline, I felt the clerk...
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. The manager, Ann and her incredible staff -- Ron, Johnny, Sandra, Hope and the others whom I don't know their names, are all the best at what they do! They are all professionals and do their jobs at helping you with a smile on their face...
Excellent customer service and clean facility. There are many options in Las Vegas and for the money you will not find a better hotel. I have travelled many times to Las Vegas and stayed at many hotels. By far this is the best hotel for the money spent. Also, the manager Ann is wonderful and because of her I will...
Pros Quiet neighborhood Clean spacious room - comfortable bed Adequate kitchen area Cons Very basic room amenities Need to pay extra for housekeeping (if staying for less than a week) Bare bones breakfast
Overall, the important aspects such as cleanliness, functionality and advertised features was up to par. The kitchenette is nice and the bathroom adequate, yet not special. The same goes for the beds, the TV channel selection, the free breakfast, and any other amenities you can think of. If you aren't staying for an "extended" period of time, I would just pay a few more dollars and get a casino...
Everything was great and comfortable. Only thing that went a bit wrong was the tub drained very slowly but was easily fixed. You can make ice in the full size refrigerator but no other ice on property. Not a big deal. Will stay here again.
Good trip to LV. Non smoking room was clean. Small kitchen came in handy. I enjoyed my stay there. Not far from the Strip.
The hotel was old and is in need of remodeling. The furniture and kitchen area were old. The bedding was cheap and old. But everything was very clean. It appeared there was no person on shift at 6am when I had to leave. "breakfast" was all prepackaged: oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins. Oh yes and oranges and coffee packs.
We booked this place because we saw that it had a pool and free breakfast. Turns out that it didn't have either, as well as no room service. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the beds were comfy.
Everything was great.. better than any other hotel in Vegas I've stayed in. The only thing was there was still a little pet hair here and there from the previous guests. Next time I will speak up right away.
All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, especially Johnny,Josh and Hope. The place was affordable, clean and pleasant. Across from Sunrise Hospital, it was convenient. They offered us a discount after finding out we had family in the hospital and changed the billing. Always a smile, which was appreciated.
You cant beat this hotel for the price and location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was just fine and everything was in good working order. The grounds are well kept and there is plenty of parking. If you are on a budget or would like to spend your $ on other things in LV, you would be...
The hotel was ok and the room was nice but there were no bathroom amentites. Also there were no pens or paper at the desk.
will refer to family & freinds
Decent hotel, but not upscale as I originally thought (mistook it for homewood suites). Seems like a longer term stay hotel. Kitchen was good to have, but no utensils.
My hotel stay was good,,,the only part that I did not enjoy was I had to stay in a smoking room when I requested a regular room and also,,there was no gym,,,other then that cool hotel stay with the compforts of home away from home,,,I would go back
For the past several years, I've stayed here 2-3X per year whenever I come to town to visit my Mom. The rooms are consistently comfortable, clean, and complete, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. My last stay in April was particularly excellent. I was here for a week, this time to help my Mom with a medical emergency....
My daughter had a stay at Homestead Suites when she had to have surgery for my 1 year-old grandson. There was a mix-up with the hospital and therefore, changed all plans. She ended up being short on funds and was terribly frantic. The baby crying and not sure what was going on either was quite upset.
Angeline at the front...
Was Ok., just they dont clean, this its why its a little cheap
4 deep dresser drawers
Good size closets
Near a mall, restaurants & stores
Very hard uncomfortable bed
Fridge hadn't been cleaned
Only 2 hangers
I won't be returning to this hotel. A good night's sleep is important. I already have bad back pain. I don't want it worse by sleeping...
slightly overpriced compared to similar extended stay facilities in the area, but still comfortable and centrally located. This hotel is a good alternative to other glitzy Las Vegas resort hotels. Very slow internet connection and just an average breakfast at best, but very quiet with accommodating staff.
I stayed at this hotel while attending a professional conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is a 20 minute walk (1 mile) from the hotel to the east entrances of the LVCC. This hotel is an excellent value. It was clean and the decor was pleasing despite the price of the room which was very low. The bed was comfortable enough and I appreciated having a real window that opens in the...
Very nice and quiet hotel off the vegas strip that is pet friendly. will stay here again. staff was fantastic when we asked for 2 extra pillows, they had them to us in minutes. clean, love it that there are many nearby stores and minutes from the vegas strip but without all the usual traffic and noise.
It was a very nice hotel!! The staff answered all my question with a smile!! I would recommend to anyone that has to stay n that area!!!! Thank you kindly to the staff;for Ms.Evita was a friendly face that helped us upon check in!!! :-)
Very pleased with the hotel - perhaps you need to take your own shampoo.
I spent two weeks here while apartment/condo hunting Angie helped out during our Check-In Process. She basically gave us the play by play of this place. She was very informative and helpful. I just wished they had better WIFI. You can't really complain about WIFI when you get premium Showtime channels in your room/suite though. So It kinda makes up...
I arrived at hotel at night with my confirmation code paid for room online ,even had hotel confirmation code...I was told they had no rooms, sold out "sorry"..I called everywhere, whole city was no rooms available, large convention in town. I had no where to go...was told I had to go out of lobby on street...spent night on street...they probably got a higher price and sold the rooms for higher...
Thank you for a great stay. Julie was very informative and efficient in handling my phone reservations, and Johnny was extremely welcoming and friendly at the front desk. He answered all my inquiries about amenities and shopping options in the neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious and as described on their website. The kitchenette with stovetop and full-size refrigerator...
Beds were so uncomfortable. You can hear everything. Housekeeping only done every 7th day not on a daily bases.
Great place to stay. Go there if you have a chance.
It ain't the Venetian...The people at the front desk are terrible they could use some training in customer service.
slowest internet in town, don't stay here
Internet is not complimentary ...bogus.
Reasonably inexpensive "extended stay" hotel not for from UNLV, so good central location if you have campus-related business. Rooms are reasonably clean and quiet, although the kitchenettes are a bit short of useful supplies (paper towels would be nice). Staff courteous, ample parking, building is reasonably secure. Numerous washers/dryers (and all of them working) is a big plus for this "road...
We stayed here for a three a day volleyball tournament at the convention center. The hotel was close to the convention center. The staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet. Having the kitchen in the room was a great money saver and a convenience. The breakfast in the lobby was good as well.
In January this year my husband and I spent 2 weeks in this hotel. We had stayed in numerous Extended Stay (before it went bankrupt) and knew what to expect incl. the rather minimalist equipped kitchens. However the equipment in this hotel was even below that standard. When I asked for soup spoons and a salad bowl and a better...
I was not expecting much for the price paid but boy was I wrong. This type of hotel would not normally be my first choice but now that I know what this hotel chain offers I will stay with them whenever possible. The rooms were very clean with kitchens and a comfortable bed. Best of all the customer service was...
Leaving the hotel\n\nEverything hotel is old stained smells rude staff\n\nStay any where but here
nothing\n\nHotel receptionist was the worst, questioning why I needed 2 beds, requested a non smoking and he keeps saying theres isn't any available. I had to pay more for a non smoking room.
Very friendly staff. From the time I showed up for checkin, through the time of departure, the staff was eager to show me that they wanted to earn my satisfaction. Although not excessively large, elaborate or expensive for a modest studio room, it was comfortable and had many of the conveniences of a sensible home. The parking lot and exterior...
I only paid a total of about $68 for two nites using Priceline (includes all fees and taxes) so I was not expecting much. But for the price and star level this place was a great deal! Full frig, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, HD LG TV, nice shower, free continental breakfast, and the staff was nice! I would definitely stay...
I am a Travel Nurse a long way from home, everyone who works here are very friendly. The room i have is wonderful it's a 1 bedroom suite. it's like being at home i love the room and the staff here are excellent. the day time front desk person Johnny Garcia is wonderful he is always willing to help with...
Stayed at the Homestead for medical reason that developed during a business trip. Had been on Strip paying much higher rates and moved to be near hospital. Proximity of this motel to nearby hospital made it very convenient. Will consider for future plans when visiting again and avoid the Strip. Rooms have great little kitchens, staff are friendly and property...
Great hotel for all business travelers and families
very average---stayed because it was across the street from the hospital where i was getting a chemotherpy treartment. CLean up the kitchen area: the counter had dried on food from provious renters, the refer doors were covered with dirty fingerprints. The mattresses were stuffed with bricks---very uncomfortable
Hotel is very clean . Beutiful and I was satisfied with the facilities
kitchen\n\nwould have liked complementary shampoo conditioner lotion\n\nlike the kitchen free parking and relatively near the Las Vegas Strip
Stayed here for a week while waiting to move into my home. Look it is what it is which means it's a place to sleep and make a simple meal if you have to....
We stayed at the Homestead Suites Las Vegas Midtown because on our trip to Las Vegas my husband ended up having emergency heart surgery. The location is right across the street and you can walk to the hospital and not have to deal with parking at the large medical facility. The rate is reduced for family of patients and the...
kitchen\n\nno pool\n\nDecent stay for the right price. Limited amenities but it does have small kitchen area
Rooms have a full kitchen.\n\nHallway smelled horrible. No swimming pool, no jacuzzi. No continental breakfast. No shuttle. No staff in lobby at all.\n\nGot this room on Priceline, pick your price. I would not stay there again.
2nd time staying at this hotel on Halloween, and I can't complain. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Went to Vegas on vacation and husband ended up in hospital. Hospital recommended hotel because it is across the street. It was a sold out night but somehow Johnny came through for me and checked me into a room. He was very professional and empathetic to my situation.
Rooms was nice and comfy. Smelled clean. Comfortable beds and very nice...
Got a great deal on this room for two nights on a very busy weekend. The location was great, not to far from the strip and easy to get in and out of. The staff was very friendly and responsive on check-in and check-out. We also enjoyed having a full-sized fridge in the room. Would go back again.
The hotel was clean, although on the 3rd floor someone put something in the trash can right at the elevator which produced a very unpleasant smell during our stay..
this hotel is the best value in Vegas . They is to much to say . The people are very friendly .
Flat tv 32inch ,very good Wifi , take the very high speed 3us a day or 15us a week. Big different.
I was here last week and i came back from Arizona to this place for 1 week...
Good and comfortable for the price.\n\nAvailable mattress tends to be hard on the back. Two small pillows not enough for guests.\n\nHotel is clean. Rooms that have not been occupied for a while needs to be vacuumed before allocation to new guests.
I liked the friendly staff and the free Wi-Fi.\n\nParking was poorly lit, caution signs about covering up items in the car.\n\n
I was delighted with the price and pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette and all the things needed for an extended stay (although I stayed for one night).
I enjoyed my one-night stay very much. The room was clean and I was delighted with all the amenities, including free wi-fi. The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient for getting to the strip and other areas in Las Vegas. I am looking at real estate for a move to Vegas after I sell my present home....
Near the strip.\n\nHated the manager she was rude and quick to solve my complaint, she kicked us out after we complained.\n\nAvoid this hotel. They charge $25 for pets and they didn't say that in advance. the manager was rude and she solve my complaints by kicking guest us out. We found bugs in both rooms and they charged extra if your pet urinates in the room even though they charge the pet fee.
Kitchen\n\nSmell\n\nOutdated although adequate rooms and smelly hotel.
I really liked the kitchen it had and came with all utilities.\n\nOnly thing I didn't like was the cigarette smoke smell.\n\nI really liked my stay at the hotel but I did ask for a non smoking room and was given a smoker's room. Very smoky smell and all my clothes ended up smelling like that.
Location-parking-quick check in-staff-room.\n\nThe location was perfect. It was in a safe area. There was plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out of. Quick check in. Nice room. I don't have one negative thing to say about the hotel or the staff. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'm staying at the Homestead Las Vegas Midtown.
This is my first time in lasvegas. I came here to work in the hospital, which is just 5 min walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in a safe neighborhood. The only thing is breakfast on your own, which isn;t a problem Denny"s 3 min away. Across the street there is...
LCD TV.\n\nOld rooms.\n\nOutdated rooms. They wanted to charge 15 bucks for an upgrade to a non smoking room. Trashy feel and smell to place. Little kids and babies making noise.
The location wasn't too far from the Strip and easy to get to, with plenty of shops around.\n\nThe tub seemed like it could have been cleaned a tad better, and wifi was unreliable.\n\nThe Homestead Suites Midtown was definitely a good deal for the price. The extended stay amenities made it nice, especially since carrying medicine which should be refrigerated, ample parking lot, and lots of...
Nice room for the price. Kitchenette was convenient. Check in took forever though, front desk lady interrupted our check in to call manager to complain in front of us how busy she was. Guest pantry in lobby stocked with food and essentials was nice though.
It was cheap and had a kitchen.\n\nExtremely dirty. Socks were black within a few steps after removing shoes. Couldn't accommodate a non-smoking room and it stank.\n\nNot worth it. Carpets seem like they've never been shampooed. Gave us a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking room and all our luggage smelled like smoke when we left. Key system was down when we checked in. Didn't even have...
Hotel was very clean and staff called me 10 minutes on arriving in room to make sureI was satisfied.\n\nThe outside appearance was kept very nicely and the hotel staff were quite pleasant. Room was clean and working properly. No loitering outside and had all thatI needed for the short stay.
I didn't like the staff. I did not like it.
Very nice affordable place for extended stay.Nice kitchen and sitting area.Bed was the only drawback.
An overall good service, rooms where clean. Would stay again.
I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and the hotel staff was friendly. It is close to the strip, although you will want to drive or take a cab, not walk. There are not many perks, but you get what you pay for and this is a decent affordable hotel....
Good price and clean. Nice and friendly staff\n\nlocation
I didn't get to stay long enough to check out all of the amenities, but wisht that I could have stayed longer.
Stayed at a casino hotel for 3 nights before going to Grand Canyon. We then had to return for one night before leaving for LA. this place had better facilities then the strip hotel. It was clean, convenient and staff extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend it to anyone especially if you ate on a budget.
The staff made me totally comfortable and the room was just right. A family member had a medical emergency and Homestead came highly recommended by the Sunrise hospital staff. Homestead is very accommodating and I endorse them wholeheartedly.
Friendly Staff\n\nRooms and public area could use some renovatin\n\nHotel met my needs, quiet, close enough to the Las Vegas Strip, good airconditioning, comfortable bed.
Stayed in this Hotel in June 2012, mainly for the reason that we needed a kitchinette. In a few words, the room was fantastic, everything was very nice, very clean and in working order. The Hotel management and personel was very friendly and cooperative, in a way that we realy felt like coming home in the evenings. I can recommend...
price\n\nall hallways smelled like smoke, location of hotel was not in the best of areas
Nothing\n\nNight staff was very rude.\n\nHotel description is inaccurate. It is an older hotel located close to a drug rehabilitation facility. The staff is not polite. The night staff is very very rude.
I was exhausted due to family emergency, and a little leary due to some previous reviews, but overall it was OK and met my needs. Positives - friendly staff, closest to Sunrise Hospital, and clean.
Second time as this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. My only disappointment is the bed. I thought maybe on my first stay the bed was not comfortable, so then I would give it a try again on my next visit being that I did like the hotel. The beds simply are NOT comfortable. On both stays I have awoken to terrible back aches. If the mattresses can be exchanged for new ones, then...
Quiet area.\n\nNo alarm clock in room!\n\nDecent hotel but no alarm clock in the room.
Nonsmoking room was okay, and not bad.\n\nThey assumed I wanted a smoking room which was bad and wouldn't change me.\n\n
I had called ahead to make sure that my 1:30 am arrival would be possible. They assured me it would. When I arrived, I was given my room keys and went up to the room. It was a smoking room. The were burn spots on the floors, rugs, counters, and bedding. The room didn't just...
The hotel is situated quite near to the Las Vegas Boulevard ( The Strip ) It is ideally located to a variety of shopping areas, and about a mile from a Shopping Mall. There is adequate Parking facilities. Clothes washing facilities are excellent, having a number of washers and dryers. In room cooking facilities are good, including Fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, and a microwave. Our only complaint...
despite calling 6 hours ahead of arrival to advise of late arrival (around midnight) did not receive non-smoking room. Room turned out to be OK, but hallways and lobby had strong odors.
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. All of the appliances worked. I did not intend to use the kitchen, but a convenience store was only a 1/2 block away and that made breakfast cheap & easy. It is walking distance to the LVCC (7/8 mile). The local area is decent and well lighted. Room cleaning is once a week, so my things were not bothered. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly staff, clean and quite. Will stay there any time I am in Vegas
The first room had a noisy fridge and it was missing some dishes and cutlery. The second room did not have a TV remote and, after borrowing a remote from the first room, we discovered that the TV did not work properly. The third room was OK, but it took almost an hour to get to it. The young lady in reception was helpful, but she was the only person in the complex that could help us.
No trash cans, no shampoo and no 24 hour front desk!
Never saw the place, but paid for it.
Reasonable room rates, very friendly staff, and not too far off the strip. We were there for a sports tournament so it was perfect for our needs. Easy access in and out of the hotel. Only downside was that the front desk was closed from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Great bargain, clean rooms, discount at denny's across the way & it's open 24 hrs for snacking:-) Friendly staff...check out time should be moved up to 12 noon...11am for VEGAS is way tooo early!
Receptionist were so friendly over the phone and in person. Thank you for the free WiFi.\n\nFree WiFi was slow, cleaning was not a daily feature of the room rate.\n\nGreat price for the type of room we needed. Nothing fancy. I liked having the mini kitchen as an option. Great sized refrigerator. Very economical for a long term stay.
The location and it was very quiet.\n\nThe 11 A.M. checkout\n\nHave stayed at this location 4 times in the last year and have been very pleased every time. It is quiet and close to the strip. The full kitchen is awesome.
Morning staff very friendly.\n\nFeel unsafe and unwelcome.
I'm a pushover, but the room infuriated me. It cost extra to have a clean room and the smoking rooms have no air purifiers. I booked cheaper and figured if it was unclean I'd upgrade. We booked quickly do to a family emergency at 11:40pm. We were told the hotel was booked up and we couldn't upgrade for both nights. So we decided to suck it up. I've been in four hotels smoking rooms. All were...
Reasonably Priced\n\nStaff, check in wait\n\nI'm not a fan of this hotel, the check-in time was 3:00 & when we got there just after 3, we were told it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait. I had to go to work in an hour and a half & I was very concerned we wouldn't get checked in in time.
easily accessible, close proximity to Vegas strip and Downtown area/ kitchenette was a plus\n\nFurniture needs to be cleaned more thoroughly-saw some white suspicious spots on it!\n\nWould still recommend it to family and friends if you don't mind staying away from the strip. Lots of restaurants around to choose from. Overall, a pleasant experience and for the price we paid, I think it's...
Just an ok hotel but does just fine for what we needed it for. It is right across from Sunrise Hospital which is why we stayed there. They offer a good discount if you have someone in the hospital which is really nice.
Staff was friendly, but I had to wait 1/2 to get checked in because they were in the middle of running a daily audit. Some kind of computer glitch that accepted my reservation but problematic when they were in the midst of their audit.
If your looking for a cheap, yet economic place to stay while your in Vegas, you can't beat the location and amenities at this hotel.
Read some bad reviews. My company put me up here for two nights. If you're partial to hard beds, this is definitely the place to come. I left after the...

I stayed in better hotels than this one but the price was big advantage (I hate telling you get what you pay because it is not exactly), room was clean without any bugs or animals.Parking place is included, internet connection is for additional few dollars. I wouldn´t go there for longer than 1-2 days stay. They provide room cleaning service only 1 times a week. But for 1-2 days I don´t care....
the good part was, very close to the strip, local grocery shops, target, vons etc, the hotel is clean and no stinks. the bad part : they dont clean the hotel unless you stay more than a week, you get to exchange the towels, but you need to cary your towel yourself to the office and they count and exchange, really pathetic way. they could drop new towels every morning and I would give them 5 out...
I needed a room for one night. I did not need anything fancy, just a clean and quiet room to sleep. That's what I got. If you need a fancy room with LCD TV, minibar, etc. this is not for you. The location is great. There is a mall and several restaurants within couple miles.
A home away from home ,exellent on every aspect highly reccomend
close to convention center. nice place.
Very friendly staff that was very helpful for our group.\n\nBed was not real comfortable and kind of squeaky.
Like a lot of people that have written reviews of this location I too was expecting more than what I got, but this is not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities that one expects from it. This is a comfortable, middle of the road stretching to barely deserve a 3 star rating. If convenience, good price and all the comforts of home is what you're looking for, than this is it. Remember you need to...
It had a cooker, a fridge and a microwave.\n\nAdditional fee for internet and room service.\n\nReally lovely environment and clean. I could buy food and make it last the whole week without spending a lot of money and there is a new grocery store that just opened next door to the hotel.
This was a real bargain for a weekend night in Las Vegas. Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen with refrigerator and microwave was soooo convenient, even if you don't want to cook a meal, it is wonderful to have the fridge to bring back meal leftovers, stash some cold beverages or keep milk for breakfast cereal or yougurt for a snack....
Nice room with living room, thats it.\n\nEverything elseI hated, no room service without additional fees.
Having a kitchen was nice.\n\nLocation was not the best.\n\nA good, pretty inexpensive hotel. Clean. No frills beyond the kitchen.
Kitchen and proximity to Sunrise Children's Hospital.\n\nToo high a price for family support during a medical crisis.
the only thing I did not like was the bed it was to hard for me to sleep well
There are bedbugs at this hotel. We stayed there as we had family in the hospital. Other customers there also had the same problems/bites, so I think more than one room is infested. What a nightmare.
In the middle of where we wanted to go.\n\nOnly one queen size bed.
the rooms are so good, the enviroment, overall best sleep i got in months\n\nWe had the best experience at this hotel and did not want to leave. It was everything it was advertised to be and more. The staff were very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for you. We can't wait to go back!
The hotel staff\n\nNothing\n\nHave stayed there 3 times in the past 7 weeks......have been more than happy each time....its an awesome deal for a 2 star......close enough to the strip but far enough away at the same time.
This place has its ups and downs. When I first got in the room there was a piece of poop that clogged the toilet. I had to poke it with the back of the...

Real nice place, great value, and very helpful staff.\n\nNothing.\n\nA great value, have stayed twice in the past 6 weeks and staying again this weekend, been extremely happy with everything and everyone.
Booked two room for three people. One room requested for two beds, but both rooms given were single bed. This hotel was not able to correct the problem or offered any refund. We got robbed!
Guess service said that they will return my call but no call.\n\nIt was not too pleasant. I had a really hard time breathing. I would not stay here again.
clean and easy checkin\n\nlate night crowd\n\nquick and easy for the $$
The rooms were clean, and staff was friendly. The hotel is located about 3 miles from the strip, great price. We also got 15% discount at the Dennys located next door just from staying at the Homestead suites. I highly recommend this hotel. I have no complaints.
I had to go to vegas for a business trip and this time i stayed at homestead. the staff are very friendly and useful. they called and made sure that everything was ok and if i needed anything. the rooms are clean and have all appliances such as refrigerator and stove and microwave.
Full kitchen.\n\nThe smell is not good. (I know it is because every one cook in their room, ha!).
Efficiency apt..\n\nA little far from strip but not complaining.\n\nWould go here for a week, inquired as to weekly rate as soon as I saw room.
Very quiet, easy location to find and get too.\n\nNothing.\n\nFrom the time we checked in (The young lady was awesome) to the time we left 5 days later.....we were more than satisfied with everything. The room was very clean, quiet and the location easy to find and access from anywhere in Vegas.
Expensive cab ride to convention center and strip.\n\nRun down; not clean; needs renovations.
Very little.\n\nThe hotel books you, then refuses to accommodate requests without charging large sums.\n\nThe hotel staff was generally polite. We simply requested two double beds rather than a king. The hotel would not help unless we paid them an extra $20. Our Priceline bargain turned into a mediocre deal. We didn't want an upgrade, just two beds. We travel often, and other hotels have...
I love the kitchenette and how spacious our room was. Service was nice and very quite!\n\nNo pool!\n\nFor the price, it was an excellent find! The staff was friendly, although we asked for blankets and towels 3xs. No coffee creamer or sugar, but a quick run 2 7/11 or Denny's was no biggy. Had no problems sleeping because it was very quiet there.
Friendly staff.\n\nCockroach, noisy air-conditioner, upgrade to better room pricey- could have stayed at a better hotel for same price.\n\nCockroach, noisy air-conditioner, upgrade to better room pricey- could have stayed at a better hotel for same price.
I stayed here for a few weeks, and I could have found some place better for the price if I had known Vegas better. The fridge was very loud, the blanket had cigarette burns in it, the internet is VERY slow - cannot even watch youtube or download anything. The staff is friendly, you get dishes and microwave, toaster, coffee...
The front desk clerk was very nice.\n\nThe price was too high.\n\nFairly quiet and clean. Easily accessible.
We stayed at the Homestead while traveling back from Disneyland. Its not to far of the strip and there is lots a restraunts and a grocery store right down the street. The lady and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the hotel was very quite. Suprising for a holiday weekend. I am very satisfied with our stay and will plan to stay again.
The hotel is very good for family who wants to cook. It's quite and convenient. It was very closed to Las Vegas Strip.\n\nI need to bring shampoo and body wash.\n\n
The hotel was very nice. It has full kitchen, microwave, and fridge. Air conditioning was good, and the hotel was clean and cozy. The room was not big but we were only two so it didn't matter. The location was also good. There are 7...
I liked that there was a full-sized refrigerator in the room.\n\nThere was no daily cleaning service.
Quiet, away from Strip, but could still get there relatively quick.\n\nHard bed, no hair dryer.\n\nNice hotel for short visit.
Overall experience is okay but just a comment on the smell in the room. This might be smoking room but none of us smokes that's why it's kindda bothering.
The service here is terrible, there never seems to be anyone available at the front desk and your out of luck when you try to call them because they dont answer the phone. Arrived around 11:30 had to wait about 45 minutes for the guy to show up, open the doors and check me in along with the crowd of other people. The guy had the personality of a tree stump and acted sort of like a zombie. The...
We had to track down the clerk to check in (reminded me of a want-to-be punk rocker. The A/C was loud, the bathroom floor was filthy (I left mud tracks when I got out of the shower). They never did clean the room nor give us fresh towels. No amenities at all; not even a pool at a desert resort? This place was a joke and the only saving grace was we were only there 2 nights!
This is really a cool place to stay ,with good service and for less price.
This hotel was booked for me by a local company. It was dirty, the room smelld like Denny's (next door) and the maid servive was non-existent. No clean towels, the room was cheap, the sheets didn't fit my bed, and there were not one, but TWO rats in the hallway. Never, ever stay here
Location was close enough to the casinos. This place is like an apartment house, kitchen, refridge. If you have to stay more than one week, this place is a great value, but make sure you stay more than six days or your rate goes up over 20%. Don't expect
a 5 star hotel, but this place worked for me.
I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, upscale and nicely decorated. Their was a full size microwave and refrigerator with all the amenities needed such as pots and pans, glasses, silverware etc. The complimentary breakfast was very good, the jacuzzi was fun. They have a small but well stocked exercise room, with all new...
live down the block..stayed here when power went out at my condo due to storm...clean quit good heat comfy bed nice room
The place is is a good location, especially regarding the Sunrise Hospital. The place is clean and friendly. Lacking a little as far as long stays and housekeeping. If you stay a week or longer you have to pleed for housekeeping to clean the room. Overall it's clean, quiet, safe and a great value...
I've been here at the Homestead Midtown, Las Vegas, for about 2 months and have been in 3 different rooms so I have a good idea of the overall environment. I'm not going to give it 1 star and say it's horrible, or 5 and say it's the best, just an honest review of my time here. I'll go in...
Required to make copy of Drivers License and credit card when I made reservation.
Few weeks later discovered that some was trying to use my i.d. with the copies made at the hotel. Fortunately the person was arrested before any charges were made on my card. When I contacted the management and told them what happened, there was no apology....
We stayed at Homestead Suites in early June. I picked this property based on the reviews that I read on TripAdvisor. This hotel is great. First, the staff was very gracious. I had a few simple requests. We were traveling with a small dog and we also needed a roll-away bed. The front desk handled my requests perfectly. Our room...
The only thing is the room, especially the rug, wasn't clean enough for us who has a crawling baby. The room was cozy and fairly close to the Strip. Actually, it's very close by private car, but two bus shift is necessary by public transportation.
i stayed at Homestead for second time in two months (due to relative in hospital, then in therapy facility). it was much more reasonable than Strip hotels, had complete kitchen so that I did not have to eat out every meal. It is quiet and clean and i have always been made to feel welcome. The maids do not come...
Turned a business trip into a vacation last year with my husband. Stayed at Homestead Studio Suites because of its location to where my jobs show was. Not only were the suites top shelf, the place was conveniently surrounded by golf courses. Homestead was also well priced and I thought it was worth more to stay there than what they charged. Great place and location.

Had a nephew in a coma at Sunrise hospital. Needed a place for family to sleep in shifts. Everytime we talked to them the prices changed to a higher price. Finally agreed on a price and later found out they charged us $40 more than agreed upon. He agreed that he quoted us that price but couldn't do anything about...
The whole staff went out of their way to make my stay next to perfect!
This is a nice comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and quiet - however they do only offer housekeeping once a week. Clean towels were available at the desk. One thing that seemed strange was the ironing board did not have a cover - so we had to use a bath towel. Not the easiest way to iron, I can tell you. There is no continental type breakfast - only a limited selection of...
Designed for a week or longer stay. Bed was not comfortable resutling in resless sleeping. Go value for extended stay.Only provides weekly housekeeping so be prepared.
only problem I seemed to have was with the towels. They need to do a better job at suppling cleaner towels.
The Homestead Las vegas was a great place to stay. not on the strip but close enough that you had the best of both worlds.
We're off to a bad start - I checked in yesterday. The weekly cleaning had not been done and the maid went in after I checked in - took the freshly opened hand soap and didn't replace it. The one complementary coffee that was supposed to be in the room wasn't. Other issues: one wastebasket for the whole place, no hair dryer or other bathroom amenities, inadequate towel bars for 2 (room had 2...
I needed motel room where I could work and meet with clients. Homestead fills the bill. It is an extended stay location, with weekly housekeeping, but I don't get clean towels daily at home, so no problem. Room had a fridge, microwave and range. . No casino, which made it quieter, less smoky and more appropriate for client meetings. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room in good condition. Only...
I had to stay at this hotel for a surrogacy we transferred next door with Sher Inst. this hotel was awesome and the people there were so sweet. I highly recommend this hotel.
I will be there again and praying for same luck as we had before. When the couple I am working with asked about a Hotel I told...
It was the worst place I have ever stayed! The customer service was not good at all. I would have rather stayed in my car!!
With weekend prices on the strip of $250 per night or more, the Homestead Studios Suites hotel is a blessing. I stayed here last weekend for a price of only $89 plus tax. It is my second stay at this hotel.
It's location is about five blocks from the strip in an area where there is a hospital across the...
Hotel does not seem to know exactly what guest service means. The hotel manager Nur A is very arrogant and front desk clerk Rosa is not only rude but does not know what she is doing. It took us more than 20 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to check out. Having a front desk who has been...
I stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The staff was very friendly and were great with giving maps or directions. My complaints were only that the pillows are wafer thin so you need at least 3 per person to equal 1 nice pillow. The internet would work on and off which became very frustrating when trying to do business from the room. There was construction going on and the banging and smell of paint...
I stayed here for a day before I moved to Vegas. The place is about 2 miles away from the Strip. The front desk is friendly. The room is clean and nice. It's a studio suite. They also have internet access in the room. Next to the hotel is Denny's. The price is average , about $60-&70/night.
I think Sbarro's meatball is one of the best Italian meatball I've ever had. I don't particularly like Sbarro pizza though because of it's sauce. I think the sauce is always too sweet for me and the sweet's not from the tomato but probably from adding sugar. Salad is always fresh and however the pasta is always overcooked. Overall I think Sbarro is a great fast food Italian restaurant where you...
It's a good place for out of town business people to stay. The price is good and located in the center of Las Vegas. The rooms are all studio suites with internet access and a small kitchen. They have plenty of parking.
I had originally checked on the reviews and thought "Oh No!" However, I had made my reservations and needed a place to stay for my two week training. What I experienced was a very polite, helpful staff, a very clean and efficient room, and lots of peace and quiet. Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff was always more...
The absolute worst hotel I have ever been asked to stay in. I was here for business not pleasure and asked the business I was meeting with what was a quiet hotel nearby. This place was a waste of money, and a depressing place to return at the end of the day.
Please avoid this hotel, it was a disaster. Our business group was here for a convention and the room was booked for us on the Las Vegas end. We couldn't believe how disgusting the rooms were, and everything else in town was booked. There was no internet service, there was no maid service for an entire week, on a business...
I stay in this hotel frequently for business and the management always is friendly. The location is convenient as it is near a mall and many restaurants.
include a picnic area.
