Evaluation of the Everdry Crew

The Everdry crew was sent that was sent to my home presented themselves with a great deal of professionalism. From the introduction of the foreman, to the different crew members that would be working inside and out, I was pleased with the entire experience. The initial walkthrough to explain what was going to be done was very informative, and made me comfortable having all of my questions answered. The foreman routinely kept me a part of the process, showing me the work and again, answering any questions that I had. The foreman and I developed a rapport with each other that was priceless. He truly believes in his company and it's product and services. Those are the types of people I enjoy doing business with. They bring a certain level of accountability that is a comfort to customers like me. The final walkthrough to verify that Everdry kept their word on the product they promised and cleanup after themselves was uplifting. This letter of recommendation is for the company and crew of Everdry Waterproofing. I have the highest regards for the Everdry crew that performed the work at my residence. From the first day they arrived to the last day they were here it was “work hard, work steady”. The foreman of the crew was Pete and I hold this gentleman in the highest regards. The crew knows what he expects of them and they perform it admirably. Three members of the crew, James, Adrian and Matt know what they are doing and they do it well, they really get it done! I have to tell you, I’ve never seen three people this happy digging a ditch in the dirt. The only comparison I can think of is three kids at the beach with sand, shovels and buckets. Honestly, they do know what needs to be done and waste no time in doing just that. At the times James is on the hammer, Alvin is out digging or it would be Alvin on the hammer; these two just keep hammering and hammering. Everyone at Everdry was there for us throughout the job. Even when the job started going a bit longer these guys kept us informed. Anyone that knows the construction field knows it is very hard to predict all possible things that can come up in existing construction job. It is work that is the hardest to plan for as you just can’t see through walls and concrete and make it cost effective for either party.
Pete has all the qualities of a great leader for Everdry and I can tell you that it was a real privilege having him here and watching him lead the crew. A sign of a good foreman is he leads his people; he doesn’t have to dictate or drive his people. You can tell if a person is just working for a paycheck or if they really believe in the work they are doing. These guys believe in the company and the work they are doing. They always kept me informed throughout the project. Any questions I had at the beginning and end of the work were answered to my satisfaction.
If you are considering having work done by Everdry and they send you a crew like the one that came here, you should be more than pleased.

Who to Call

Sometime ago when the basement was continually getting wet, I was at a loss. Where to go, who to call.
I called several basement contractors and one company stood out, Everdry! Their repair suggestion and price was, well, better.
Everdry was hired, myself knowing nearly nothing about residential construction. I was surprised with the simplicity of the explanation and Andy’s efforts to keep me informed.

Excellent Job

First of all let me start by saying that I hate writing letters.
The first day there were ten men here and they sure worked hard! The foreman did his job very well. He would come to get me to show me what was happening. There was one section where I had a lot of large western stone. They had to dig in the area and when they were done it didn’t look like it was dug up at all. Very good job! The next days of the job went smoothly.

Job was started on Thursday and by the end of the day, half the job was completed. Each step of the work was explained to me and for most of the work I was able to photograph each step. Friday, the cement was put in and all equipment, such as the sump, was up and running. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day.
Just some of the things I observed were holes being drilled into the blocks and watching water drain out. Steel beams were installed and grouted with reinforcing on the top. Cracks in the block were filled in. Cement was mixed outside to keep dust to a minimum. All the crew member worked efficiently and ensured the job was completed on time.
The entire job looks very professional and I feel confident that problems with water inside the basement are a thing of the past. If at any time in the future other potential customers would like to call me or even look at the project, they are more than welcome.

Let it be known that Jason and his crew of workers did a magnificent job for us repairing the north wall of our home, applying support beams to the north and west wall of our basement and trenching the entire floor, inside and out to accommodate the new drainage system.
They were prompt and on time every day; they brought all of the materials needed for that day and were not continually going off to get something they hadn’t brought with them. They paid attention to both the outside flower beds and the inside hallways and basement stairs so that there will be minimal cleanup and they ended each day sweeping, raking and clearing the driveway of debris from that day’s work so that there was very little interruption to our home activities.
I realize that warranties are only as good as the company granting them. If the service we received as a result of our contract with Everdry is any indication of their future; I would guess that they will be in business for many years to come. It wasn’t cheap but it was good!!
My wife and I are thankful to Jason and those who worked with him for a job well done. May God bless them every day!

We were very pleased with the crew from Everdry – from Tracy who did our initial appointment through to the crew who “fixed” our home. They were hardworking, thorough, professional and courteous. We were awed to see constant work and movement throughout the crew from Everdry. Unlike other people we have had contact with in various projects, they were in constant motion and showed professionalism rarely seen now-a-days. There are no doubts in our mind that the job they did was outstanding. We now have peace of mind that our basement will remain dry and that the value of our home has increased tremendously. Brad and his crew took special steps to not only ask if there were questions or concerns but repeatedly asked and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing. After years of occasionally having to clean up water in our basement, we called Everdry Waterproofing. We scheduled an appointment for an evaluation and a solution. We were very impressed with the evaluation and presentation from our inspector, Tracy, and signed up for the multi-step system.
Ben and his crew arrived as scheduled and started the job. Ben first explained in detail each step they would be doing both inside and outside. He and his crew were very professional and polite as they proceeded to waterproof our basement. On the second day he again went over what they had done and what they would be doing to complete the job, always asking for any questions we had.

The Everdry Waterproofing crew came to my home in Sheboygan on June 6th. I had met this company awhile back at the Sheboygan County Fair. After Mike came to my home and explained what they could do to fix my water problems in the basement, all the while drawing explanation drawings upside down, I knew this was the company for me! After three attempts to secure financing, they are finally here to do the work. Ben, the lead man, and his crew working on my house have been nothing but professional in their work and attitude. Ben explained again what he and his crew were here to do and any questions I had while they were working were answered right away in terms that made sense to a lay-person.
The crew took steps to protect my carpet as they had to work in a constant drizzle while fixing the outside of the basement. The crew never complained about the rain once. They used plastic to protect my flooring as the crew carried all the concrete and debris out of the basement. Their shoes were quite muddy from the dirt and the rain and I very much appreciated the plastic even more.
Day two of the job would prove interesting as it is forecasted to be 95 degrees outside. I was thankful the crew was working mostly on the inside portion. The crew arrived around 8:30am and got right to work again. They worked very hard and were constantly doing something. I felt bad for the young man hauling buckets of debris up and down the stairs. He said he didn’t mind and was glad to have the job. I was treated very nicely and my questions were again answered.
Would I recommend Everdry to anyone? You bet I would! Anyone could come here and look at the job that was done here to see just how professional Everdry Waterproofing is!

Our Job

During the initial estimate for our job, we were told that we may have to wait until August for the work to be done. We were more than pleasantly surprised when a field supervisor came to our home and told us the work could be started at the beginning of June.
The crew that worked on our home was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time each day and began work immediately. I felt comfortable having the crew in our home while both my husband and I were at work. The foreman, Andy, was very approachable and met with me each morning to explain everything being done on both the inside and outside of the home. He also made sure that all of my questions were answered precisely and to my satisfaction.
The crew was meticulous in putting plastic on everything in our basement to protect our belongings. We were amazed to see how much work they had already completed after that first day and couldn’t have been happier to hear that the job would be finished in 3 total days, especially considering 2 of those days were the hottest of the year so far. On the 3rd day, Andy asked me to come down to the basement to watch as holes were drilled into the wall. It was very eye-opening to see the amount of water pouring out of those holes that was trapped in our foundation. I appreciated him showing me that, as it just solidified how necessary this project was and how much better off our home will be in the future.
We are very pleased with Everdry and the work that was performed on our home. We will definitely recommend their services to anyone we know that needs foundation work.

We were very impressed with Jason and his crew (Ben was the foreman on the last day of the job). They were very courteous all the time. I was also impressed on how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. The foremen kept us informed everyday which was very reassuring.
We would recommend Everdry to anyone who is having basement issues.

So far we have had our basement finished by everdry for one month. The sump pumps have burnt out and the basement has flooded once already even when the sump pumps were on!! This Company is the BEST. They took care of our water problems and stand behind their work. Very friendly workers that are prompt and curtious.
