Office disorganized and dirty. Doctor is incompetent. Doesn't care to listen to why the patient has come for a visit. After meeting the doctor, I think I will make a better doctor without knowing much about medicine!!!
Worst experience ever. I have to agree that the Dr. wanted to rush me out and was very sloppy with the work. I find it that she was also very cheap and gave me the wrong type of contact lenses. She also refuse to speak to me and did not want to communicate. Please check the ratings of this Opt. office before going.
I have been going to Dr. Sabharwal for a little over 5 years now and overall I have been happy with her services. I have gotten glasses and contact lenses in the past and I love some of the higher end frames and sunglasses she carries. I usually leave happy with a new Burberry or Gucci frame. I came here for the first time a few weeks back. I live in Oakland and found it incredibly easy to get to the office since it is so close to the bart station. Today i had an appt. at Dr. Sabharwals opthalmologist office i usually am kind of scared of going to the doctors but Dr. Sabharwal and her staff made me feel really compfortable. They payed a lot of attention to my needs and answered all my questions and the best part ALMOST NO WAITING TIME!!!
The staff was nice and friendly, but the clinic itself was not very clean. The doctor herself did not seem very professional. She was munching on peanuts while checking my eyes. I think she probably tested my eyes just fine, but I was not too pleased with the overall level of preofessionalism.
Very fast, efficient and direct. I did not have an appointment but still was able to be seen. Friendly staff, family environment, Good optical knowledge and completive rates.
