Clarion renovation great

We stayed at the Clarion in Chattanooga for a few days before Christmas 2007. Though there was still some construction going on, we had a great time and the transformation is remarkable. We had been there a few years ago, and the changes in the rooms and facilities are first rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful also.

"the carpets were dirty,the breakfast was too expense in the ""seasons"" and it was horrible tasting we could not eat it.i have NEVER heard of a hotel charging it's guest to park in their parking lot.the a/c was a joke!!!!!!!! Will Not Be staying in a clarion again."

"The bathroom, specifically the shower, needs to be updated, as does the rest of the room. The desk staff was not very courteous. We got our crib, mattress was ripped, and had no sheets."

"The city of Chattanooga is GREAT. I recommended this hotel for my in-laws....bad mistake. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The valet staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice, but the gentleman behind the desk needs a lesson on manners.
