My daughter bought brand new tires from Discount Tire Company (I told her to buy them at Sams) and she was on HWY 151 in the middle of the night (good thing she had a male friend w/her) when her tire went flying off! Her 2011 car was badly damaged and the next day called and told them what happened, she took it in and told her they would fix her car. LIES!! IT has been about 6wks and now...

I have been doing business with Discount Tire for about three years now and I am never disappointed on the service that I get there. The workers are very friendly and always help you to find the best deal on tires. Discount workers work as fast as possible to ensure customers get out of there in a timely manner.

Called to see if they had tires I needed in stock on Friday and they said they would call right back. 7 and a half hours later I still had not received a call back. I called them back and they said they would upgrade my tires for free tomorrow and they had them in stock. I went in the next day and they told me they did not have my tires in stock and couldnt get them until Tuesday. I will go...
