Rudy kept my car for a week, promising it would be ready "tomorrow," each day. He finally said he was "too busy and short handed" to finish the job. To his credit, he did not try to charge me anything. To his discredit, he gave me my AC system back in pieces, in a box.

D & D is a Rip-off, Be Aware!!!!!

My experience here was a nightmare. \r
I took my 2003 Saturn L300 to get my AC checked because it wasn’t cooling enough. I was told that I needed a new compressor and an AC hose replaced total cost $972.34. I was charged 28.95 to be told this. When I got my car back, to my dismay, the AC was blowing hot air not the semi cold air that was blowing prior to them checking it out.\r
I went and bought a used compressor and bought the AC hose to get them replaced. I took these parts to Auto 1 Mobile Service to get them installed. I related the story to Mike, the owner, who decided to check...
