Perfect place for Browns fans

This was a perfect location for Browns football. It was close to the stadium, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly at check-in and at the bar. Our room was great, awesome bed, and the view of the lake was nice. We would stay here again for sure.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza in September for a Browns football game. This location is very close to Browns Stadium, just a short walk. Great hotel in convenient location, only a few blocks from baseball park. We got an upgrade to a higher floor with city view. The room and bathroom were large and recently renovated. Breakfast was included and had good choices. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is near the lake, and has lake view rooms. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have extra ammenities (a cd that lulls you to sleep). Stupidly, I left a drawer in the room unemptied. The front desk staff was amazingly knowledgeable about the city, like things to do and places to eat, and they were very friendly.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The items offered in the room, the sleep CD, the linen spray, were unexpected and they made us feel as though we were getting more than our money's worth.

I am a Priority Club member and I stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza hotel for a Cleveland Browns home football game. It was within easy walking distance of the stadium, check in and check out were fast and easy, the staff was helpful and the amenities for Priority Club members were quite good. The hotel did not have bell persons to take our luggage. The elevators were confusing. Parking was expensive. The hotel bar was dirty and understaffed. The room service was slow. The bathroom had dirt and hair covered the vent over the shower.
