Formerly the Radisson, this hotel still gives you plenty of living space in a superb downtown location, right on Main Street, for less than the former owners were charging. While you won't find the same amenities as, say, the Hyatt, the Comfort Suites gives you some of the best bang for your buck in Buffalo. The all-suite hotel offers lots of square footage, and French doors that divide the...

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel with our two little children for two nights. First, the one good thing I would have to say is that the gentlemen working in the breakfast room the first morning was extremely polite and was constantly cleaning the room and restocking the food. He was the only polite worker I met....

My wife and I needed a hotel at the last minute in Buffalo to visit a sick reletive. After looking for a room by the airport and downtown the only affordable option was the downtown comfort suites. First, what others said about the staff being unfriendly, I found not to be true. Our first room had been unclean, still had...

We chose this hotel for the separate room for our daughter to sleep in. The location.... okay. If I were to stay in Buffalo again, I would choose to stay closer to upper Elmwood Ave because it is more residential and closer to good coffee, beer and food. Buffalo is a city you have to drive around in to see...

We were visiting Niagara Falls and needed a place to stay. Priceline wouldn't give us anything in Niagara so moved to Buffalo. Room was $66 including taxes and fees. The parking garage was 2 blocks down not too far to walk. There are a ton of night clubs/ dance clubs right down the street. If you are looking to party...

I've stayed here several times during business trips to Buffalo. The hotel is not the best but then, there are really no great hotels in Buffalo (anymore). The place is a bit run down and not well maintained. I did see Jack Hanna staying at this hotel so it must not be that bad!!
I cannot belive Choice Hotels would let a prime location like this get so run down. As others say, the TV's are ancient. The rooms smell and are in need of paint, and new carpet etc. Something is wrong here. Not worth $168 per night over Memorial day weekend. Very sad. No wonder it was the only place left with...

I stay at this hotel every year for Thanksgiving weekend during my annual trip to Buffalo. That said this review is for that specific weekend, which if you know anything about Buffalo you know is crazy with the World's Biggest Disco on Saturday and all the crazy drinkers on Chippewa on Wednesday. Positives: Location Breakfast - Make your own waffles...

very nice room, more than adequate room, conveniently locate to just about everything. The only thing I would correct was the tub was cracked. I would definitely stay there again. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Food at TGI Friday's was, as usual, fantastic. ...

If there were negative stars, this would get it! After visiting the sheas center for a show my group of 8 went back to the hotel for some down time. With 8 people and 3 rooms we were needing to bunk together. My husband pulled out my friends DAUGHTERS sofa bed to find a nasty blood stain on the bottom...

Downtown buffalo very convenient for business, Fridays late night dinner, Amtrak Exchange station not far $4.00 cab, trolly out front - the room was exactly like a college dorm, fridge, microwave, separate livingroom with pull-out. Far from fancy, great for work or crash pad. Kitchenette table with room to spread out. TV's from the 50's but remotes work. Semi clean...

I stay in Buffalo a lot for business, normally at the Hyatt Downtown. I will not stay at the Comfort Inn again for a number of reasons. Very loud location, especially on a night when the local bars are hopping. Lot of trucks, etc. Room is very worn and has seen better days. Bed was terrible; one side was all...
