I initially had a problem with deliveries from past equipment providers, usually they deliver it, and if there's a problem takes them ages (just called last week 3 times) to just get someone on the phone to help. I was little confused about to buy some medical equipments, about after sell service and option that were available to me. I was very distress because I was not having deep knowledge about all those things, by chance I found Colonial Medical and it was great experience with them¿.staff is so helpful and great customer service. After a horrible experience spending 3 days in the hospital, I was sent home with a long list of supplies I would need by the surgeon. I was hopeless and helpless; not having any experience with these things. Luckily, I stumbled upon Colonial Med. The woman working was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was compassionate and patient with my many questions and explained all of the options that were available to me. Thanks to her, I was as comfortable as can be imagined given my state. I highly recommend!
