Charles damaged the value of my piece. He mounted an original sketch on museum board, causing the piece to lose value... It could have been backed with canvas and kept it's integrity. I asked Charles why he didn't back it with canvas, he said because he didn't do that process. I'd never give him any work again.

i recently wanted to get 3 movie posters framed for my room. i went to 2 frame stores which both wanted around 150$ for each poster to be framed, which i could not afford, A friend's parent told me to go to Charles at Pico and Overland because she has been going to him for years. He charged me half the price with a better frame

I pre-paid to have a canvas stretched and framed and was told it'd be ready in one week. Three weeks passed and no one called to give me an update on my pic. I called and left two msgs that went unreturned. When I picked up my pic the owner Charles brushed aside his poor communication and poor customer service as if it were nothing.
