You know how one bad experience and they tell someone who tells someone and pretty soon the word is out. Well, my nephew and his pregnant wife tried to buy a car and not only did the price that were agreed upon switch, but there was such dishonesty and mistrust. They were there for hours and the staff including the highest management demonstrated disgrace in customer satisfaction scores.

I can't belive Bredemann Chevrolet is out of stock on spark plugs, you have to be kidding. A common part like a plug they do not carry for a Chevy 2011 Cruz.

Best Service Ever! Dex Knows

I came in for an oil change and ended up needing front brakes. The service guy was very informative and low pressure. He genuinely listened to my questions and gave straight up answers. They even drove me to work so I could leave my car for the day. I even got a free car wash! I will never go to another Chevy dealer other than Bredmanns!
