When I went to this lot they sold me a car after about 5 hours. They swore up and down that the apr would not change, unless it went down. They called me back in and forced me to sign a new contract with a much higher apr. When i asked them why it went up they said oh sometimes that happens. Bob Baker Ford is a good dealership with some good deals. If you're looking for a truck, I'd say go Ford. The new Ford trucks are among the best and most truck guys agree. Also, if you're looking for a hybrid or fuel efficient car, Ford does have some good choices. Check them out and see what you like.

If you love Ford's then this is the plave to go. They always have great prices on every kind of new and used Ford: Sedans, Compacts, Trucks, Vans, you name it! They also have a friendly atmosphere that makes it a better buying experience then other dealers. My mom bought a Matrix here and was able to trade in her old car for some credit.

Poor service took two days for service to look at van has same problem as last month this time will take two weeks. Bad service dept will not call you back. Do not take your car to get fixed at Bob Baker Ford 730 Camino Del Rio North

Higher initial estimate than other Ford stores for the same repair but they were closer. They must have more customers than they need because they were not very helpful.

The customer service that we get everytime we take the van in for work to be done is phenominal. They are always able to get the vehicle in an out in a minimal amount of time and are able to provide a loaner until the work is complete. They also provideshuttle service if you are only needing a day's worth of work and they will drive your car to you when they're done.
