we stayed there 7 days & it was a great place to stay. it was very,very clean. the people was very nice & friendly, had a good breakfast every day. when i go back out there i will stay there. it deserves a 5 star rating.

I stayed in this hotel and had a horrible time. It first started when I reached the check in desk. I came with my printed confirmation for a poolside room with a AAA discount. For $63 dollars per night/per room including breakfast, this place was a definite bargain. The rooms were clean and big, the pool was clean, and the hotel was not far from Phoenix. I also found the place to be very quiet if that is a concern for people. I would definitely recommend.

The Best Western Mezona is an older property that tries hard in many ways. Rooms have been redone, breakfast is generous, staff is accommodating. So why are we not more pleased?
