The best buy in burbank needs a little more employee! they should shift the employees from the dvd/cd center to the computer and television departments!

this place has the worst phone service every it took over five min for someone to take my call and when they did all they did was redirect me which lead to me waitin for atleast another 5 min DON'T CALL THIS STORE!

They are AWFUL at this place. I have spent so much money here and never get any service. I have called customer service WHILE I was INSIDE the store looking for someone to help me because the sales associates were nowhere to be found. I have never had a good experience there and do not plan to go back. If you must go, do no hesitate to call the manager for help. It is his fault that he has no control ... more

I was in store since 11:00AM, bought a laptop and had them run some software they tricked me into buying, I spent the whole day there, until 5:00PM. I live 25 miles away. Finally got home only to find those idiot kids did not put the laptop charger in the box... Call them, they don't asnwer.

In store staff is not particularly knowledgable. Do you want to know if they have something in stock? Don't bother calling the number they publish---they are too smart to answer the phone. Returns? Another hassle. Yahoo doesn't allow me to give them zero stars so I'll have to come up with something positive... um... Well they have a good selection of merchandise...at least if you don't count televisions ... more

Good Service after Frustrating Wait

This location (and possibly others I'm sure) should start incorporating a "take-a-number" waiting system in their computer department. I found myself ready to buy a computer and unable to get help. I had to practically hold on to the service rep to keep him from running off there were so many other customers hovering around with questions, etc.

they're not as complete as the other branches of best buy i've been to, sometimes they don't even have the stuff that's advertised on their flyers and like the dvds and cd box sets are usually in a mess, it's so hard to find anything

I think this is the largest Best Buy I've ever gone to. Usually at large chains it is hard to find a good staff person to help with questions, but this is not true here--I received excellent help when purchasing a refrigerator. The clerk even offered to help me with transporting it. Great place!

The prices are low however on some items the prices may actually be higher so beware of that. All the stores are large and have so many different appliances and electronics and even stereo equipment. however if your looking for computer stuff such as CPUs and video cards the selection isnt so large. They have a huge amount of dvds and cds not to mention Tvs and DVD players. The customer service isnt ... more

I really enjoy shopping at Best Buy. Their music selection is pretty good and the prices are great (though at times they are slow to stock their shelves).
