When I found a cheaper rate on the Hilton's web site a day before my reservation, the Hilton adjusted my rate. The first room we were put in had a smoky smell despite being advertised as smoke free. GREAT STAY!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the view of the city is great. I have stayed in other hotels in Knoxville and this one is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

"The beds/linens are great. Room worn and dirty. Bathroom cramped, dirty, and toilet barely flushed. I paid a lot to be on club level but got nothing extra for the money. Phone did not work, nobody came to repair despite my requests. Parking was a nightmare! Sometimes waited 15 minutes just trying to pull into hotel drive!
