I recently stayed at the Knoxville Hilton on business and have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been updated and the concierge-level room was outstanding. The bedding was FANTASTIC!
Hotel is well situated for downtown Knoxville and all that it has to offer, also convenient for getting to Dollywood which was our main reason for being in the area. Liked the idea that your room swipe-card also got you in and out of the underground parking lot. Room was clean and and spacious although maybe beginning to show it's...

This hotel was a great value at $149. I was upgraded to the executive floor and found the room and lounge to be very nice and comfy. The room had a beautiful view toward the river and mountains. It is for these reasons that I am overlooking my problem at check-in. They had one person working and a line, so...

I had to travel to Knoxville for a conference and I stayed at the Knoxville Hilton. It was a beutifully decorated hotel. Nice lobby and free use of the Internet computer but my co-worker complained that he couldn't access his Yahoo email because the computer had some sort of kid blocker on it so kids counldn't use the computer. The...

We just spent five nights at the Hilton while my husband attended a conference. Very convenient location to the convention center. The beds were great! Our room was extremely clean, and had large comfy towels. We started off rocky after requesting a refrigerator THREE seperate times, we finally received it and they threw in a free movie for the problem....

The people working there were nice and tried to remedy the problems, but those problems were numerous and irritating: -Air conditioning unit in Room #1 blew out at 3 in the morning on a warm night. -Much disgusting black sediment in tub in Room #2 to which we were moved in the morning. -Room #3 on concierge floor was adequate....

Hotel has a great feel - lobby is warm and inviting, guest rooms more than comfortable. Very lovely stay and staff was very courteous. Will stay there upon future trips to Knoxville. Highly recommend!

After driving for 4 hours, I was ready to relax for the evening in order to prepare for my meeting at 8am the following morning. The parking was a nightmare (mainly because I was tired and didn't know exactly where to go). After circling the block about 4 times, I was finally able to pull into the valet parking area. You could self park your car or valet park for $4 more. I opted for the valet,...

I recently stayed at the Hilton in downtown Knoxville and had a comfortable, hassle-free stay. The Hilton Knoxville embodies all that you come to expect from a Hilton property, such as modern amenities and good service. Since I am a Hilton HHonors member, I was also treated to perks such as access to the 18th floor concierge lounge for both...

The Hilton Knoxville was a very comfortable high rise hotel in downtown Knoxville, TN. When I first got to the hotel, the valet service was very kind and efficient with getting my car. Despite arriving at about 10:00 P.M., there was a several minute line to check in, though the automated check in system had no line at all. The...

I stayed at the Knoxville Downtown Hilton on March 9th. Some friends and I went to a concert at Thompson Boling Arena, and it was fairly close. The hotel is very nice inside. Very modern, and semi-luxurious like one would expect from a Hilton Hotel. But we had a few inconveniences. Upon arrival at about 6:00 pm, we found out...

This was our second stay at the Hilton. We like staying here in warmer weather because it is an easy walk to market square. But being that it is a Hilton it is more expensive then some of the hotels we stay at. It again met all of our expectations. There is a nice bar in the lobby that had...

When I found a cheaper rate on the Hilton's web site a day before my reservation, the Hilton adjusted my rate. The first room we were put in had a smoky smell despite being advertised as smoke free. There was a loud, crying baby in the next room and we were moved to another room at my request. Would suggest keeping the fan on at night to drown out the street traffic and noise in the hall. The...

I really enjoyed the stay at the Knoxville Hilton. The trip started with the valet parking, curteous service, clean room, and comfortable bed. To make the trip even better, we didn't even have to leave the hotel for great food and after dinner cocktails. I really liked it because I felt as if we had one stop shopping. I'll definately stay there again and suggest it to anyone going to...

I had a very pleasant time at this Hilton.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They were prompt and had a clear understanding to ensure that my stay was very pleasant.

Stayed for the Tennessee LSU game and had a ball. Very sad the windows did not open and there was no fan in the bathroom.
Everyone was nice and friendly. My only problem was that in the restaurant, my server was never around and never checked on me, unlike others.
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the view of the city is great. I have stayed in other hotels in Knoxville and this one is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.
They had the wrong day for my reservation, which may have been the fault of the travel agent.
"The beds/linens are great. Room worn and dirty. Bathroom cramped, dirty, and toilet barely flushed. I paid a lot to be on club level but got nothing extra for the money. Phone did not work, nobody came to repair despite my requests. Parking was a nightmare! Sometimes waited 15 minutes just trying to pull into hotel drive! Room service nice but limited children's menu. Staff quite nice....

"This hotel was okay. The main thing that I didn't like was that the room was very small. For a family of four, we barely had room to move around. Otherwise, it was adequate."
It was fine for a downtown hotel. It was comfortable.
good experience...I was able to check in prior to 11 A.M. and able to extend my check out time a little

I have never had a better night's sleep at a hotel in my life! Breakfast buffet pricey but excellent; convenient to downtown and schools in the area.
We stayed on the top floor of the hotel. We found the hotel nice and the employees very helpful. When we discovered that the soda in the machine came out warm, they quickly gave us cold replacements. Our room had a king-size bed and a fold-out coach. The toiletries were the usual soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and there was also make-up remover and mouthwash. Although neither my mom nor I...
