Never ever use this company, the secretary is a parrot that that will call you over and over for more money if your from an adjacent county such as Travis in Austin or Hays County. Freedom Bail bonds actually tried to extort more money for not hiring an attorney by the date they requested from the low class owner.These people are Crooks, Sleazy, Deceptive and should be in prison, further more...

I have to agree i was also told full fee, and cosingers i have military back ground and was a bail bondsman for 4 years. They dont answer the phone at night either, if ur looking for help dont call austin bail bonds... The wanted for 2500.00 368 and co singers, for a theft by check 1st time i ever been in jail ..dont call dont call

I have to give this company a APPLAUD!! I used them recently and Austin Bail Bonds were very helpful with my son's jail release.They are very professional and they gave me all the options that were available to me. Very unprofessioinal company. I called at 5am, website says they are open 24 hours a day. I called to ask how much it would cost to bond someone out, and the owner gave me the number to the county jail (as if I had not tried that first!) I asked her why should I call the jail if I need your help. The silly woman told me she had 2 calls all night and she was in the bed! Isn't that a class act for you. Try Kwik bail bonds. They were very helpful-512-472-5945. Hopefully the owner will read this so people can have a better experience that I did.

These people don't know what they are doing! I was overcharged and treated like an idiot when they tried to take advantage of me. Spend your money anywhere else.

They were able to get me out of jail within an hour even though I was told by the police it would take 4-6 hours after posting bond. They are the best!!!!
