Help us make it rightThey took forever to take our drink order then to bring the drinks. Another waiter walked by and realized that our waitress had forgotten about us. He took our order and finally, we got our drinks... after a while later. Our food took very long to come as well and when it finally arrived, it was good, but totally not worth the money. The worst thing is that the restaurant only had about three...

My fiance and I ate at Aroma recently and we both thought it was one of the best meals we've ever had. The grilled tuna entree was exceptional, as was the bell pepper slaw. We loved the wasabi mashed potatoes. The service was excellent. Too bad other folks had a bad experience.

Aroma has really bad customer service and business sense. I contacted the restaurant to inquire about holding a rehearsal dinner at their restaurant. I spoke to the manager on two separate occasions. He took my name and number down and promised to fax me a menu of the dishes by a certain date. The date came and went and I did not receive the fax or a follow up call concerning my inquiry. As a...

Terrible, Terrible. All show no substance. Service was slow and argumentive. Bathrooms are super small and non-baby friendly. Food was medicore and too salty. Everyone spoke Spanish! If you only speak English don't bother going, you will be lost. Considering how many local restaurants are in the area, why bother going to a non-local and poorly managed place. These Juarez restaurants keep coming...

This place is complete bush league. Don't waste your time; simply cross the street and eat at 2900. I wish I had something constructive to say, but it was simply awful all the way around .
I haven't eaten there and won't be since the owner of Aroma was recently arrested for sending money to drug cartel members in Mexico.

My wife and I were searching for good steak house on mesa and we found Aroma by accident. We went inside the place and found out that it was really well decorated inside. It seemed like a really cool place and it appeared to have some class. Well, it kind of pissed me off when they started by giving us a TABLE THAT WASNâT EVEN BIG ENOUGH to fit my water and silver ware. Then they showed me...
