Editorial Reviews from the web
You may think you've died and gone to Las Vegas when you enter the sprawling, 486-room Adam's Mark. This enormous member of the chain clearly caters to the convention crowd, with huge ballrooms and meeting spaces filled with everyone from bridge players to motivational speakers. What's the benefit to you? Since conventioneers rarely leave the hotel, the hotel offers lots of amenities, like a...

Our family stayed one night, and although the public areas were beautiful, we didn't sleep for all the traffic noise. It sounded like we were sleeping in a tin can, with cars/trucks all night long (windows closed, it was January). Doors slamming, loud hallway activity all night, you could hear everything going on in rooms around us. People in the pool chain-smoked, which was gross combined...

We stayed here for two nights in August while were were visiting family. It's funny how people can have such different experiences in the same hotel! Maybe it was b/c I got this hotel for $50/nite + tax through Priceline, I wasn't so critical? Nonetheless, I thought the hotel was a great value, front desk was super nice, the room...

After reading all of the negative reviews, I was very apprehensive about our stay at Adam's Mark Hotel, Buffalo. But because the room wa s booked through Priceline, (for $50 !) we had no choice and checked in. Check in was a breeze, then up to our room, to find it still not ready. Beds not made, garbage not emptied,...

This was the worst place I ever stayed in my life!!! The service was so bad that I don't even understand how they can stay open. The room looked OK at first sight but was so dirty!!!! I even prefer to wait to go to another hotel to take my shower!!!! Horrible!!!
The central location worked out well for the weekend and parking there was not a problem. (Although, I originally was sold on the fact that the Adams Mark had a shuttle bus - which they did not.) I filled almost 20 guest rooms for this weekend, in fact, I had more family that wanted to stay there - but it...

I stayed at the Adam's Mark in Buffalo for a conference. The meeting areas were well-equipped and nice. Food for the conference was okay, but I would have liked a higher grade of coffee. Check in was slow, but I did end up with a king bed and a view of the water. The room was large and nice, but...

Checking in was a fifteen minute process because the desk clerk could not find me a room without help and then could not get the room keys issued. I then tried to go to my room, only to discover that only one elevator out of four was working. When asked about it one of the bellmen just acknowledged the problem,...

We were only staying for one night as we visited Niagara Falls on an East Coast trip. The hotel is a large complex, but there seemed to be very few people staying there. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. and were given a room right away. I think they had just finished cleaning the carpets on our floor. The room was...

We stayed here as the other hotels we tried in Buffalo were full. Checkin was good and prompt, and the lobby impressive. The hotel is a short walk from good restaurants and bars, and it felt safe walking round the area late at night. The room was small and dated but perfectly adequate. The corridors and lifts smelt of stale...

This hotel is great value for money. It's right downtown, close to the bars on Chippewa and the sporting events at HSBC Area and Dunn Tire Park. You can walk every where you need to go. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The general appearance is a little dated but it's still very clean. The room...

After reading some of the reviews I was really worried about this hotel but as it turned out we were pleasantly surprized. The hotel was not 5 star by any means but the hotel was clean, the rooms need a bit of updating but still a value for the price and the beds were very comfortable. The workout facilities are...

We visited the Deco restaurant at Adam's Mark for brunch about 3 years ago and have never looked
Customer service is in short supply here.I was given a "quiet" room which later turned out to be over top the hotel bar and a very loud band.At 10:00PM I requested a different room. This was refused because the hotel was "fully booked".I was assured that the noise would end by midnight.Midnight came and went with no abatement in the throbbing volume. At 1:30AM I again called and insisted on a...

This hotel is really bad. I booked this hotel for its close proximity to the HSBC arena. What a grim mistake. Upon my return from the hockey game I realized that my room was above the hotel bar. A very loud band was in full gear.I asked the front desk to switch me to another room and they refused, stating that the hotel was fully booked. This was at 10:00PM. At 1:30AM the band was still going...

It was clean and in a great location (For any hockey fans.) Yet beware that the rooms are very small. We booked four people in one room and were very crammed. The quad room only has bed sized of a double. So if you plan on four people you'll need two rooms.
More staff at breakfast on a Sunday because guests should not have to wait for up to 15 minutes to be seated when there are plenty of available tables. Don't rely on room service either because the phone rang out on two attempts to call it.
