I booked my hotel room through Hotwire which saved me $40 vs the hotel site. The hotel is in the heart of downtown which means you have to pay $18 for parking. Nicest 3.5 Star hotel I seen

For my latest stay in Indianapolis I booked here on Hotwire.com. At the $52 rate, I got what they call a Deluxe 2 Queen Room (really a small suite). The staff was very polite. Buffet Breakfast good and not bad price. Adjoining seafood restaurant was very good food, but slow. Self-parking is a bit pricey $19

The hotel manager here needs to take a class in customer service. When something goes wrong, you just need to apologize. Not say, I am sorry BUT. (that erases everything you just said and sounds defensive). i will never stay here due directly to management. They need to realize what customer service means, doing everything possible to make that individual happy and fixing their problems.

This hotel has been recently renovated, but only part of it. The lobby and all common areas look very modern and sleek. Then you get on the elevator and go to the room. These rooms look like 1982.
