These people are rude and unfair to their tenants and keep their deposits after you move out. I never paid my rent late, not even a day late and cleaned this duplex in Lafayette for 3 days and I paid to have the floors stripped when moving in because they looked like c@!p, put a new light above the garage and various other items to improve the property. All this couple did was steal my deposit... more
