I have wanted for some time and should not have waited this long to acknowledge how satisfied we are with the service we have received from your representative Kevin Fisher and with the Retriever system. Kevin stopped by our office one day, introduced himself, and shared with me the difference in how our merchant account has been set (Retail) for many years and how setting it under (Healthcare) would save us on processing fee rates among other perks. He was very knowledgeable of the system offered by Retriever. He took the time to thoroughly go through all of the statement information I provided from the current Merchant and explained the processing fees and rates we were incurring. He wrote up an easy to read contract and explained it to me and my husband in full detail. He promised that we would love the ease of the Credit Card transactions integrated directly into our current Dental Software Practice Management System (Eagle Soft) and he was right. We love the system but more importantly we love the Superior Customer Service we receive from Kevin. He thoroughly trained us. installed the equipment, worked with Tech support to set us up and stayed late (7:00 pm) to assure that all was running and I that understood what to do on my first transaction.
