Dr. Acosta seems to be a bit harried, in a hurry. On the other hand, he talks excessively. So I wonder if he is listening well. He is very friendly and seems competent, but I would not recommend him.

Note: Had to wait over 40 minutes due to a rescheduling that I was not aware of. My appointment was pushed back 30 minutes. Otherwise I have no complaints.
