I agree with this person completely. There are so many agencies that may be ran by young professionals, but these 3 women do not know what they are doing. They do break many Medicaid laws and are very unprofessional. They hire anybody and if you are their friend you have a job. Noacin Inc is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. It is ran by three twenty four year old women who have absolutely no idea how to run a business.
