After waiting for a week for a call back, they wanted $375 for a 2-hour warranted part replacement because "they charge a flat fee". Would have given 0 stars if allowed

Save yourself time... don't bother getting a quote. Their prices are out of this world. Sales guy was also full of himself. I wouldn't mind paying top dollar for quality service, but Ressler and Mateer are lacking quality service.

I recently had a quote for air conditioning and Ressler Mateer was the highest. In addition to high prices, the service tech that came to the house did not have a whole lot going on upstairs...this may sound mean, but I think he had just took a couple hits or something!
