Stayed 3 nights here in July 2008. Great welcome and very courteous smiling staff throughout. Good position for all the sights, but we were not really ready for the inner city emptiness in Memphis. Overall, this was a nice place to stay in downtown Memphis. We had tickets to two ballgames and were located very close to the stadium as well as only a few blocks to Peabody and Beale street.
