I realize that the Residence Inn line is not a Marriott full service hotel, nor does it cost as much but I actually prefer a Residence Inn in most cases. Not so with this one in Jackson. It is my first disappointment with the chain. This is one of the best Extended Stay Hotels I've encountered. As a Professional CTR I find myself on the road 90% of the time conducting studies for my clients. The Residence Inn offers me most of the comforts of home/away from home, as well as high speed internet and lots of office space.

I was disappointed with the hotel. First of all when I arrived food was out in th parking lot; paper was scattered on the ground.
