nice property , good location

Near a ton restaurants , gas station , walmart and sams club , close to highway. 11 minutes to the airport . ( note : no shuttle ) Nice staff , great gym and laundry. Would definitely stay again. Also mon , tue wed snacks downstairs for a managers reception.

This was the team hotel for an area soccer tourney, mostly good

We reserved a 2BR suite and it was comfortable and roomy. Nice to have 2 separate beds and baths. Although modern, the furnishings were cheap and the drawers didn't close well. Additionally, there was a strange smell noticeable when you walked in, not over powering, but had to leave a note for housekeeping. They minimized it for Day 2, but...

Comfortable and friendly

We stay in a lot of hotels and this one is great. Our room had 2 separate bedrooms and nice living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. Residence Inn Dayton Ohio is so so amazing. Absolutely first class the rooms are equipped with a full kitchen dishes cooking utensils just WOW. The beds are so wonderfully comfortable.
