Research Pet and Bird Hospital is truly an amazing place. I needed to get vaccinations for my dog at the last second right before Thanksgiving and they took her right away. I also boarded my dog with them for a little over 3 weeks and had no issues and my dog came back to me super happy and not crying like she normally does when I have to board her. I had an emergency with my dog after he tore off a nail. They were very responsive to my call and was able to squeeze him in the same day. They kept me informed with multiple phone calls to ensure I knew how much it would cost and what all was being done. They answered all of the questions i had as well. Everything about my visit was outstanding. As soon as I made the first call to inquire about how to take care of my Bearded Dragon, after he ate a Christmas light, the entire staff was nothing but helpful and extremely understanding! Hydra has made a full recovery thanks to you guys! I'm so grateful I called when I did!
