I highly recommend Oscar Guzman with Rescue Rooter LA Basin. I had a completely clogged kitchen drain. I contacted Rescue Rooter @ 7:00am on a Saturday morning and Oscar was at my door by 8:45am. He was very professional, corteous and friendly. He stood by the price quoted even with a clog that took extra effort to clear. I would not hesitate to call Oscar again. Julie

Thanks for nothing. Water heater went out. Called for same day appointment. Was promised one, so didn't need to check with other companies. Hours later, right before appointment time, they called to say they don't have any one today to work on water heaters and could I wait two more days. Two more …

do not use these folks. i had a plumber come to install a simple franke hot water unit. the old one needed to be pulled out and replaced with an identical unti. it is max a 30 minutes job. two hours later and i am still waiting for the job to be done. the plumber, a nice guy, was up working late the night before. clearly he is tired and the company should not have sent him out. never again.
