We love the way he interacts with our son and us.
Initially, I was impressed with Dr. Ordonez. Until calls of concern went unanswered and I spent two months in & out of urgent care and ER's. At my appointment we had to wait for almost 3 hours to see him. During the time we heard staff making fun a patient who called with concerns. When he finally came and we voiced our concerns his ego really came out and he was extremely unprofessional. Now...
I was not the patient but assisted someone to appointments. Dr. Patel could not have been kinder or more thorough in his assessment of the condition. I was very impressed.
Good doctors are also good listeners. My experience (or really my deceased wife's) is that Dr. Ordonez' ego means he likes to hear himself talk and be clever. At least in our case, he wasn't very good at hearing what my wife was saying about all of her various symptoms. Even when, in retrospect, all those symptoms were classic symptoms of ovarian cancer.
