Eliminate some of the headache :)
I paid for the premium $399/month package for 2 months so I could collect customer reviews and have them uploaded to review sites by this company. They said its easier to collect reviews and send them in so they can upload them for the customers because a big percentage of the people who are satisfied won't go and fill out reviews online... Sounded great to me, Took a bit of time but seems to be working out well. (Edited March 05, 2013)

I'm Ranking #1 in my area!
I have a new business in the LA area, and I've been with Reputation Impression for almost 3 months now. I know how important it is to be visible online and to rank on Google. I am now ranking #1 in 2 different business cateogries and my phone has been ringing off the hook. They have been nothing but helpful and even gave me a really cool mobile website that is so much easier to use on a phone. I definitely will continue using their services and recommend them to any of my friends who would need a similar service.

Learning A LOT!
When Sherry first called me I did not even know my business had a Google listing! I had no idea there was negative information about me, my business and staff online. I lost so much sleep over it. Darcy handles my business account at Reputations Impressions and she spends so much time with me explaining the work she is doing and even walking me through all the different websites..there are sooo many of them now! Yahoo, Citysearches, yellowpages, google.. it goes on and on. She has really helped clean up my stuff. There is still some negative info but the really bad stuff has been taken down, thank heavens! Darcy has also taught my how to ask my customers for good remarks that they can post through their I pods straight to the websites. My son handles a lot of that customer interaction but it works! Thanks a ton Darcy and Sherry. Life savers.

Bundle Package
I have bundled all of my Internet/social media services together with Reputations and everything is going wonderfully. I HIGHLY recommend doing a FaceBook Offer as well as having them create a mobile website for you. I have spoken to Bridget several times there and she is super intellegent and smart. She designed my businesses website.. ask for her! You will be in good hands.
