We finally canceled our over-priced service, but still continue to get billed. Trying to resolve this issue has been a joke. Customer service is non-existent.

*Revised 9/18/08 Canceled our service on Sept 2nd, due to high bill. Allied said we wouldn't owe for the bill. Two weeks later, we receive yet another bill for service we do not have, now charging us $117. Hopefully Gwinnett County will not contract Allied Waste in 2009. We aren't the only dissatisfied customers, many Gwinnett residents are also upset to be receiving a bill for over $100.00.
