These people have been extremely helpful and have done everything in their power to help me out. It took them awhile to get me a new power cord for my laptop- however, they apologized and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I would never rent/lease from anywhere else.
I had rented a 42 inch television and the remote stopped working. I asked for a new one and it took them a month and a half to order it for me. When my t.v. stopped working it was in service for a month and a half and they still wanted me to pay on it. I was treated poorly during this whole experience.
