Well at the beginning, they quite unorganised becuse of the new management just took over from Totality Day Spa, but now, so much better, the service are always better-I could say 'personalised service', and the facial and the massage are great, try Mary's, especially her Integrated massage, and Luz, she'll relaxed you with her soothing Swedish massage. I have only had one spa treatment before and it was not a pleasant experience.... so when I received a gift card for my birthday to Renascence I was a little leery. I went in for my day at the spa gift card my husband gave me for Valentine's day. First I had to wait, it seemed the staff was so UN-organized. When I finally got started the rooms looked dirty and UN-sanitary. The facial was the worst I've ever had and didn't even last the full hour.
