Perhaps more appropriate for a wedding reception than a family stay, the Worthington Hotel leans more to the formal side of the scale. With a grand piano playing lounge-like show tunes in the upstairs lobby, this 12-story pyramid hotel is located in the heart of Sundance Square. Not a bad place to be, in happening, hopping, downtown Fort Worth.

I went to a wedding that was performed on the rooftop. It was so beautiful. It was a perfect spot to get married. The hotel is really nice. The staff is extremely friendly. We had no problem parking. We went up to a suite that the bride and groom had and it was like being in an apartment. What a great hotel!

I've stayed many of places but this particular hotel was a pleasure. I enjoyed my suite so much I rarely went out for anything other than taking advantage of their deluxe swimming pools. It's the perfect get away equipped with wireless Internet service with a very high speeds. We booked two rooms for August 2nd and 3rd. The hotel is beautiful and most of the hotel employees were very friendly. The bellhops were especially helpful.
