This place is only 4 star if you are a midwesterner that really has never had 4 and 5 star service. I stayed here for business and had booked a suite. I check in, go to the romm to find a normal room. After having to switch to the correct room, I ordered room service. The wrong meal arrived. Renaissance Hotel has excellent service. CPA Mary L. Knopf, Ladue, provided tremendous service to our seminar held at the Hotel. Financial Planners held the event October 28, 2007 and was a great success.

We spent 5 nights here w/our 8 week old son. The staff was very professional and attentive. Rooms were nice and comfortable, especially comfortable beds. There is a Starbuck's downstairs, which was nice. We walked to the Dome for the Ram's football game. Ate bkst once in the Capri restaurant.....the food was OK, but overpriced. Other than that, a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend....
