I have dry, curly, very thick hair. Jaya used to be my hair dresser, I went by her for hair cuts, she was the best at thining hair. Absolutely Superb! I keep calling Renaissance and they won't tell me where she is, I've tried over and over and by their policy they are suppose to tell us were they have relocated. So if anyone knows where she is or Jaya if you see this message PLEASE respond.... more

I have been going to Renaissance for 14 years. I have never had a bad hair cut. I even moved 30 miles away and I still drive up to get my hair done. The stylists are awesome and the customer service is impeccable, they even run out and put quarters in the meter for me when my time runs out. I won't go anywhere else!

I first started going to the place in 2003 and had a fabulous stylist. However, she left not long after and I was shoved to another "stylist" and this person just had no clue what to do with my hair and several visits later, my hair is left with really BAD layers.
