By far the best steak in the Salina area. You'll pay more than other restaurants but worth it in my opinion.

The Renaissance Cafe in Assaria is a true delight not often found in the midwest. From the wine list, appetizers, to the romaine salad, pasta and dessert the cuisine is outstanding. The steaks are the best around!
