Not a place to eat, but a great place for a quick cuppa. Nice selection of Black, oollon, green and white teas including some rare varietals. Philly desparately needs more establishments of this ilk so I wish them the very best of luck.

I've been here 2ce. The last time is the LAST TIME I will ever return. Rude service ruins trumps even good food! I entered w/ a friend about 25 mins before close on a CC Art night.
