Been waiting almost three months for our new liner that we have already paid for!!! There is less than a quarter of summer/swimming season left and we sit inside and keep waiting. They messed up the measurements of our pool and ordered the wrong liner. And they will never call you!!!

over the years i would drain my hot tub for the winter. the first couple of srprings i would have reliable come out to repair the cracks at about $500/yr. i asked if i could prevent this. he said yes. with spa anti-freeze. thanks for telling me this 3 years ago. i stopped down recently to get rid of a spa i purchased april/2013. When I bought my hot tub we had to get it repair and they came right to my house and fixed it. They are a bit pricey but they were worth it. Their employees are very helpful, they told us how to make our hot tub last forever.
