worse vacation ever

it was the worse motel I ever stayed in ..there was no water in the pool..the air didn't work the light in the bath room was burnt out no fridge or microwave..n the cable was out..i requested a refund

I got a smoking room, in which i don't smoke. So that was a turn off to begin, but it wasn't like i was looking for a Ramada.
