I came here because it was close to Watkins Glen state park and because everywhere else seemed to be booked, or ridiculously over priced for one night. The manager is rude and the place is a dump

This place is a complete and total dump. The manager is rude and a liar. Save your money for a place that deserves your hard earned money. This place isn't fit for cockroaches. The rooms are small, dirty, and uncomfortable. The manager is a scuzzy man with a poor attitude and lied to us about things and then called me...

really dirty very old bad maitaned smelly room with terrible shower..Old beraly working TV,very slow internet.ON WEB site is breakfast included and it was confirmed by phone.THEY are LAYERS.No breakfest!!!A/C installed on level of bed and blow on you during nite,so we shut it down(no choice) to avoide to get sick.This place rouin al trip to finger lakes.People,this place awful...

Called to get a rate for a week of stay. Couldn't give me a rate for a week starting 2 days from now. Terrible customer service very rude. Smoking only rooms according to the owner. Don't bother with this place stay somewhere else.

We arrived from Ohio USA to the Finger Lakes for a few days with my family.....This place was so awful we asked immediately for a refund, only to be told that they would charge us for 2 nights regardless if we stayed or not....The room was small, TV did not work, and the room smelled musty and old...also the water...
