I've been going to rhems for several years. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. it is nice to have a good nursery so close to the SE part of town. I highly recommend this nursery!

As the owner of Rehm's Nursery, I do recall Ms McGee coming into my store requesting a refund on 3 roses she purchased which were less than $25. Yes, we do have a policy on no return "SALE" items in order to move the more established plants to make room for the new. However, these roses were NOT on sale. I purchased three expensive ($25 each) rose bushes from this nursery, tried to exchange them two weeks later and they refused - they have an "all sales final" policy. The staff was rude, and based on their poor customer service and overpricing, I predict they will go out of business.
