Being new to the area and having had a Rheumatologist that was one of the best
in the Midwest at the University of Wisconsin, I was apprehensive about having to move to a new doc. However I was blown away by Dr. Jefferies. She was amazingly thorough and intuitive during her consult.
Kind, concerned and helpful are only 3 of the adjectives I could use to characterize my feelings about her....

Doctor is very nice, I was seen in a timely manner however Ive had some issues since my appointment and though Ive made several attempts I cant get anyone to answer the phone nor return my calls. The secretary isnt very friendly and seems overworked

Had just moved here 2 years after diagnosed with lupus. Went to establish a Dr. I had all my tests and blood work with me. She came in, pressed on some swollen read (due to lupus), and said * YOU DON'T HAVE LUPUS, YOU HAVE FIBROMYALGIA * . She pressed do hard on swollen areas that I black n blued! Went to a Rhuematolgist in Indy and she said * YOU DEFINITELY HAVE LUPUS*. I was hoping not but...

I was initially pleased with plan of care and surgery was scheduled for Aug. 30, 2016. I called office a couple of weeks after last appt as I had not been contacted about pre-op testing. At that time I was told by by nurse that they had other plans for me and would call me back.
